Content locking blackhat paid traffic?

Hello guys, I'm fairly new to cpa, and for now I've only been using free traffic such as youtube.
I have some money to invest in paid traffic, but I don't know anything.
Can i make ads for blackhat niches (kinda like gamehacks, but it's not gamehacks) and will it work?
Do you guys have any idea how and where i can increase my traffic to my landing pages by paying ads?
I've heard of facebook ads but not sure it will even be allowed lol (nothing illegal, just that my lockers are bs and don't give anything )

Google AdWords (They gonna ban you for almost anything black hat offer)
Bing ads (it’s more flexible and you can buy coupons for 10 usd in order to receive 100 usd)

Your best bets are:
Google AdWords (with coupon, otherwise no profit)
Bing Ads (with coupon, otherwise no profit)
Facebook Ads

You'll see there are a bunch of people in OGAds chat doing paid ads, most of them are doing FB ads. Beware though, it's very much against the ToS, but not sure they'll do much more than ban you off ads network tbh

It's been proven that fb ads can convert a lot for blackhat cpa offers , specially in the gaming niche, I know that because I made a killing with fortnite and now there is a new game that came out, ready to build my site and launch it on FB ads, but I will try bing ads as well thanks for the ideas.

Which game are you taking about? I want to play it. Better than fortnite?
