All our cards are from one prestigious Russian bank, they are real MasterCard Platinum cards( not virtual, we just don't turn it into physical plastic) and work for all countries because of their status. A whole new level of trust when comparing to virtual cards.
They have incredible advantages on Facebook, but see no reason why they should not work on PayPal. The currency of the card is Russian Rubles, but it really doesn't matter because when making a purchase all transactions are converted to the currency set by the seller.
