It only happend to me once i received a letter from the lawyer's company to take down my site and i did. Us members here can't tell u anything about legal stuff.. but what i'm gonna say is i won't even bother talking to them if your site is offshore and u don't have your real id with them i don't think there is something they can do but if your site is not offshore yes 100% you will lose the site.

what I can make out you must received a letter /email to stop delete your website and domain.
there must be a time frame when there go a bit further and spend cash on serving you with court action .

How much the site makes you? Is it worth it? Don’t get very stressed with a lawsuit, I myself got some good numbers of them through the years and used to get stressed out but not anymore. Just try to solve the issue, they filed the lawsuit to make money so if they find out you are not making much and willing to drop it they may move on. BUT if don’t give them any new communication ways to find you, I know they already know who you are but if you decide to contact them try to find ways that the emails/ phones can’t be traced to certain country or city or you. Eventually they won’t come after you if they find out there is not much money they will make after you.

Buy offshore hosting and domain using bitcoin. No-one can trace you from this payment method. Also avoid using your own IP while doing anything.

It's a trademark violation based on their request which was created march 2020!!!!.
Somebody said its an US trademark which i haven't checked myself.
You are located in Siberia/Russia which means even if their request would be legit there is no way you could implement these insane US financial claims on russian citizens.

You are protected and running under the russian constitution.

Get a lawyer. So much legalities you’re uncertain of when facing. Advices here may seen reasonable but you have to consult a legal practitioner to be so sure of your next move
