I'm 99.9% sure that the answer is no.Do US litigations have any jurisdiction in other countries (Russia, China, India, Serbia)?
lol, They will say yeah sureTransfer your domain/host to another account that uses VCC, fake account info.
Then tell them you gave it all away for free, and they can take it up with the new owner.
From what it seems, all they want is my domain.

Will surely have to do something on these linesIf you click on one of the links in that article you will see that he requested Popcorn Time remove all movies owned by the film studios he represents. So if you have any content owned by his clients you can expect the same request.
This dickhead is basically exploiting the trademark system to make money from domain owners while at the same time making money from film studios he represents.
Personally I would say to you, grow up. You're not in college anymore. Use the money you made and invest it in something that is not going to cause any drama in your life.
It should be written in the settlement: that they have no other requests regarding you and your site. Be sure to read it twice and understand everything is writen.I am not from USA, so the lawsuit should not be a problem for me personally. Is there any way I could prevent the domain from being taken down?
They have offered for a settlement, but only for trademark. What guarantee do I have that they wont file a lawsuit for something else again if I settle?
