I have placed 2 orders with BWL for just over 30k words. The content is good and Skype support was good through March. However, my second order was never fully completed (3 articles were left without images and formatting).

Ordered 22.5k words on 3/5 with estimate of 3/22 for turnaround
Updated on 3/17 that the order would be on track for completion 3/26 (due to an illness)
Asked for another update on 4/7 and was told it would be completed by 4/10
Was notified on 4/12 that is was still in progress
Reached out and was notified on 4/16 that the publisher was behind and it would be completed by 4/20
Reached out on 4/20 and got no reply
Reached out on 4/22 and got no reply
Reached out 5/4 and said he would check on it
Was contacted on 5/14 and told it would be completed that day
I sent some follow up replies after this and have gotten no reply

To be clear some of the articles were completed throughout this period, but still 3 are left as of today 5/21. This means the order has gone 2 full months beyond the original estimated date. I have appreciated working with the seller so I am leaving this feedback only because I hope this situation can be improved. I was very patient and courteous along the way given the worldwide situation but 2 months is just too long. I encourage you to take this feedback and find out how to resolve the issues that caused it. Even now I would be fine with allowing the order to be completed, but if it cannot be for some reason then I think a partial credit would be appropriate.

As of 6/3 the order is completed and open issues were resolved. I was provided a fair and reasonable credit for the delay in publishing. Though it took more time than expected the final content is among the best offered on BHW.
