According to Ahrefs, you need to get approximately 352 or more authority RD links (generally speaking) with good internal linking on the money site to build its DR to 50.

I own1 site with DR 60 and one with DR 65
If I would outsource the work for getting it DR 80 it would possibly cost me like $5k - $8k a site. For now not really see the value in doing that.

LOL keep believing that. There are alot of threads here and alot of people will also agree with me that having a high DR doesn't mean sh!t. You can easily manipulate this. I have a little ole site with a DR4.2 but ranking over 2k KWDs in the serps with some great ones on the 1st page.
What does money site/page means

Not when it falsely pumped up. Check those threads offering to pump up the DR no one ever reports a boost in traffic or keyword improvements they all say the links are shit redirects with no benefit apart from increasing the numbers on the SEO tools like Ahrefs.

Excuse me I used the wrong term, it is called google CSE links
1) you need to be Node.js coder to strip from google CSE individual links its hard for noob i can understand. so all you need is a link masking service and select the cheapest package
2) once you get panel.
you need to create tags on your blog or wordpress or any .. Add your website and sitemap to google make sure your links are on google search.
Then login to linkmasking panel generate google.com links for that tag page and send slow and clean traffic like 100 or 500 clean traffic daily hardly within a week or less your tag will start ranking hugely ..
you can even choose google.ch , google.co.uk to rank tags in specific countries. ..
I know it is really hard to do, I have a guy that does it for me because it is technically too hard. If you need any help PM me.
