I'm sorry for posting in this thread, but for some reason your other thread has been closed and I'm not able to post there (https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/m...-growth-in-2020.1175982/page-18#post-13022591).
You've agreed to refund the full amount of my orders and I've got an email confirmation on 30th March, but to this day nothing has been refunded on Paypal. I've opened a case in Paypal and you've offered only a 50% payment, which doesn't make sense. Why would you change your mind after refunding everything before? Unfortunately Paypal declined to work on these cases because they think it's close enough to deliver around 250 followers in 3 months although an average of 1500 per month has been mentioned. They ignored the fact that I've got a refund confirmation from your website although I got 0 on Paypal so far.
Can you please help to solve this and actually start the transaction on Paypal? Thank you.
