CPA advertisers I need your help!

I hope you all doing well in this pandemic issue we are having.
I wish it is the right place if not please mod move it to the appropriate one.

I opened this thread to ask about this ads that we sometime see in our mobile phones.
Sometimes they even have audio in them like
Warning your device has been infected.
Or it starts beeping and it tells you that you won an iPhone 11 or something...

Does anyone know where do they advertise such thing ?
Most of the ads are pop ups so I have been looking in to popups advertisers but I could not find any.

Any direction is very appreciated

Yes ! u know u came late because i deleted everything from my laptop , i had thoes kind of landing pages ! i would have provided them here for free but i see if i can find them.
