Can someone tell me how to get back my hacked instagram , My email and number is changed . When i try to revert this change from email , it says broken link ? I emailed to instagram too many times and i didnt receive any respond from them! Please someone tell me any Idea or What to do with this ????

hacked accounts usually happen when you use 3rd party apps...which depending on the app, is against IG rules for example. If its a personal accounts, with names, photos etc you need to contact facebook.

exactly that is the problem - that sounds like you interacted with someone who should not access your account and IG will not like it.
