Increase Sales - Offline Business | USA

All,

I own a beauty salon in US, for which I have following assets.
- Google My Business 400+ reviews, 4.8 star
- Facebook
- Instagram 500+ followers
- Yelp - 50+ reviews 4 stars - can't help yelp, they just greedy to show good reviews
- Bing
- Website (WordPress, I would rate 6 out of 10)

Currently everything is organic, no paid marketing. I would like to increase some marketing here - both paid and un-paid to drive more sales.

Can you please help with your thoughts and ideas that you know like what works and what doesn't for you or for your clients in the past.

Have you connected with your local chamber? Have you connected with local Facebook Groups? Attend Network meetings for small business and so on.

Local Chamber - No, but not sure how local chamber will help business like us.
Local Facebook Groups - Yes. Should we send out daily post/offer in groups? Seems like spamming, but am open to hear your thoughts.
Network Meetings - No, so am I looking something at meetup.com. Sorry never been part of these events, so what exactly to expect out of these meetings?

Local SEO - We have Google, Bing, Yelp business accounts, and 100 NAP citations in directories. Would you recommend anything else? Please share.

Facebook Ads - Yes, just starting out with that.

Yes, ads are across Facebook channels including Instagram.
One challenge/question I have is to measure ROI on online advertisements. Currently they call salon to book appointments. Should we sell the service online? or maybe run 2 different campaigns - online vs call in salon an then somehow measure it.

Your stats look good. I have operated an offline clothing store in India, and I could share what worked for me:
- Sign up with Amazon Pay (not sure if this is available in your region. People can pay for your services, using their Amazon app, they get rewards and points for this). Anyone within a few miles from your location with Amazon app installed on their phone will get a pop up with an offer to your service.
- Install Neighborly (google's app) on your friends / sibling's phone and ask questions like "Which is the best beauty salon in XXX" then answer from another phone.
- Sign up with Groupon and list offers.

Let me know the list of services you provide at your salon. My friend runs a salon business, I'll ask him what's working best for him to get more customers. His place is packed all the time.
 
I have done a few things to promote beauty salons you have not discussed here.

Basically discount voucher campaigns, by building a targeted email list and also a t-shirt campaign.

- Amazon Pay - Signed up, however seems like this is more like website payment mechanism here in US, as I couldn't find there consumer app in play store.
- Neighborly - Couldn't find in playstore, on research noticed it to be India focused app. I tried searching something similar, however couldn't find anything similar for US
- Groupon - We already doing it. However keep in mind groupon itself is not profitable business model. As salon owner I get 30% of retail value (50% discount to customer, 20% groupon fee).

I am new to online marketing, if somebody can help us setup groupon like facebook/adwords campaigns with ROI tracking that would be helpful.
example: $140 retail Value, $75 Discounted value, and maybe $5-10 customer acquisition cost, so net $65 to Salon.
I can surely pay for this.
