Hi, Heisenberg, I subscribe the $ 20 plan. I uploaded Page Generator pro and it it does not work !
I had a fatal error, with a lot of lines affected and I can no longer access my Wordpress admin !
I left a message on the chat, but had no response yet.
What should we do now?

It would be best if you could leave all details in a ticket in support center.

If you can't access dashboard at all due to error created by this plugin login to cpanel file manager or via FTP and go to wp-content/plugins/ and find page generator plugin folder and delete/rename it for now until I'm home to take a look at it.
I've done that but I don't see any page generator folder, but my website is still blocked !
Do you find a solution ?

hello i opened 2 support tickets on 8 january but you haven't respond?
wtf? I though u were providing nice service. now i will look into other services

I've emailed you on how to proceed, in any case, this wasn't caused by a faulty plugin but a messed up server.
I've emailed you a couple of days ago after you contacted me on chat.
In case you didn't see it, I'm back and picking up the slack I left

As some of you noticed I've been inactive on the website, that's true.
I had some problems that I couldn't predict come up suddenly and they took most of my time.
Starting today I'm getting everything back on track as it used to be, I'll need a few days to sort out all tickets, updates etc so please hold on a bit longer.
I'm not sure how to show you that I'm sorry for this other than offering some free membership & promising I'll do my best it doesn't happen again.
If you had a ticket in the support system that wasn't answered for more than 5 days (there are a lot), just PM me here or create another ticket to punish me with more work to get your free 1 month.
Give me another chance and I promise I won't let you down again

Yeah updated, replied to my tickets then nothing again..... @Heisenberg please let your customers know what's actually going on. If you're not interested in this anymore just refund your lifetime customers.

I've had issues with my auto-updater and now I'm doing it manually which means when you, as my customer, report some plugin or theme as outdated using the button that's displayed on every product page it helps both you and me.
There are absolutely no limits for those requests so please report as many themes/plugins that are outdated and you need new versions of.
I'll continue to update everything manually until I sort out the problems with my auto-updater and bring back daily bulk updates.
Using it will also create a ticket in support center that I'll update as soon as that new version is uploaded.
That way you will know as soon as new version is available.
I explained in one of the tickets why you were experiencing problems while updating and still seeing old versions.
From now on all tickets will be answered in less than 24 hours and in rare cases 48 hours (this was the last few days delay).
I'm running everything myself while managing other projects (which is, of course, no excuse for having shitty support) and as you saw before I'm usually doing my best to make my customers happy and provide instant support.
I'm bringing back live chat as I'm typing this so you will be able to reach me instantly there too as you could before.

Even though live chat is back for problems such as needing license key or getting a new version of theme/plugin please use the support center as it makes everything simpler for both you and me.
I'm also planning a few new features for website that will be added soon and will make your experience as a member even better.
