Hey there..
I have been waiting for a reply from support since 5/12.. The last time I heard from them was on the 5th.. and I have sent multiple emails.. and also through your contact form..
No replies etc..
Can someone please get in touch and respond to our questions?
Here is what we need to be answered.
We have two licenses that share the same details.
One of the installs were on one of my machines for years with no issue.
A staff member went to install it and it did not work.. in fact, it caused mine to have issues and it did not work.
I have since been able to get my machine to work again, but I am unsure of what needs to be done to get my staffs' machine to work as well using the same details.
As this is not a transfer.. and the license has two installs using the same details.
What do we need to do to ensure that he can install it and activate it without causing any issues on my machine?
Do we have to wait a certain amount of time?

I remember this email being replied to some time ago, i cant recall the email address to look up the specifics. However to transfer to another PC or reset your license after reformatting your OS or changing computers, you just need to download ScrapeBox to the PC you wish to activate it on, run it and enter your original purchase details and submit them. ScrapeBox will be moved to the new PC or fresh OS install.
You are able to do one free license reset per calendar month per license, so if the license has been transferred this month it can be transferred again on 1st January.

Are there any settings to make the index checker work more accurately.
I am using fresh private proxies.
However, I keep getting very inaccurate results. It shows a lot of links as not indexed when in fact they are indexed.
Tried checking the indexing on a few tumblrs and they were not accurate at all. Showed some as blocked, however they are working fine.
Any help is very much appreciated.

Hey there again.
I have one license that is good for two separate installs.
I had one of the installs on my laptop working for years with no issue.
I had given the details to a staff member to install it on their laptop as well.. and they made a mistake.. which caused my laptop install to stop working.
I have been able to install it again on the same laptop.
But as this is not a transfer, fresh OS install etc.. what needs to happen to ensure that my staff member can install the second use of this license without causing any issues?
I would have assumed we could install it both at the same time ( in the same month ) without any issues.
My question is.. do we have to wait until after the 1/1 to use the second use on his machine? Or can we try again now?

If that particular license hasn't been transferred this month then yes sure, it can be transferred now and then again on 1st Jan. If it's already been transferred this month then the next free transfer will be 1st Jan.

Hey there again.. I think the confusion is around the term "transfer"
As the same details are good for two installs.. we are not trying to transfer anything.. we are trying to just install it the two times that we are allowed to.
Are we are only able to use the details once per 30 days?

The easiest way in this case would be to just submit the license reset through ScrapeBox, if you have an available transfer it will work. If not the next transfer is available 1st Jan which is only just over a day away.
Please send us though an example domain and we can test it.

The Article Scraper premium plugin has a custom data scraper that can be used to scrape articles, you need to enter the HTML used for parts of the article such as the Title, Description, Article Body, Author Bio etc. It will only scrape the hyperlinks of images, not download the images.
And the Expired Domain Finder has an option to download sites from Archive.org, but do note it can only download the site as html pages. If the site was dynamic and generated with a server side language like PHP then there's no way to extract that PHP code and have a perfect replica.
So unfortunately to do these 2 specific things, you would have to purchase ScrapeBox plus the 2 premium plugins.
