I have tried withouth proxy, with IP reset ( I have soft which reset my router), with anon harvested proxy and google pass also.

Thank you, it's crazy to think there's been trillions of URL's loaded, scraped, processed or posted to by ScrapeBox over the last 10 years. I know some individuals and companies dealing with hundreds of millions of urls' every week. So here's to the next 10 years.

The fire burnt around my house but did not damage it, so i've been busy donating time delivering supplies etc to people effected.
Please make sure ScrapeBox is able to access the internet, and is not being run from inside DropBox/OneDrive or similar. If you are still having issues, please contact support and we can grab a logfile to see what's happening.

@Sweetfunny can you please contact me via the pm as I'm trying to communicate with your support, I'm obv not sure if it's you or not, however, I'm having issues activating scrapebox and I've purchased it if you look at our previous dm, however, I'm being told that it cannot be activated even with the email that i used was on the dms and also the sb that was activated was putting out an id, lmk because ill make another thread if you wish and upload the screenshots of our conversation since I cannot dm you. Thanks again.

Licenses cant be changed without the correct license details.
Looking in to this there's been a ton of support for this license. But to summarize, it's was a $47 license purchased 10 years ago. You dont have the license details and the license was purchased with someone else's PayPal account and not yours is this correct?

No that's incorrect there was one licence transfer for this copy, not a ton and I can tell you the exact date but it's in the dm, the original email you had was incorrect or number which you said was corrected, you were able to pull up the licence details with my name, to which you can see it was purchased 10 years ago. whether I paid $47 or $147 it doesn't matter I still paid for it and lastly I wasnt able to go back that far in my PayPal I cant even find the scrape board licence (In PayPal) that I purchased as well from scraped media. (I had it saved because scrapeboard actuallyhhas a licence save button which saved it to the root dir). I gave you two parts of what you needed my email and also my name I'm willing to give you my ID and any other points of info you would need to help me activate it as well. Also I never recieved an email with the updated transaction details that was in our dm I checked that AOL email address, you said you would send it (transaction details, I never got it.)So you if can just forward that email from 2010 to the email address you have on file(I'm not asking for it to be forwarded to an unknown email address) and I'll send you the date we spoke and the date you said it was sent. Then I'll have transaction number. It's the email that I sent you in the dm which we were speaking to which I forwarded all the screen shots. I would sincerely appreciate the help thanks sweetfunny.

Sorry what's not correct? Support has spent a lot of time on this license, and it is a $47 license from 10 years ago and you dont have the license details required to authenticate the license. Also you posted here on BHW:
You will need to contact your old boss to recover the transaction details, not even PayPal will supply you with purchase details from someone else's account.
This can be done in the ScrapeBox Page Authority Addon in the addons menu. You will need to obtain a free (or paid) Moz API key, there's a tutorial video you can watch here:

I did contact him and it's not on his PayPal either should I forward you that as well? Are you aware that PayPal cannot go back that far as I have requested for them to do so? should I post all the screens from our conversation since your saying I didn't purchase it? because you said you would send the license details a few years ago which my email and also number were incorrect to which I sent it I mean if it's that easy to grab a transaction number from 10 years ago you should simply be able to forward the email you sent with the details to the same email correct? But it was never recieved.. however I do have an email from you or your "support" it's attached, if the email was sent i wouldn't have this issue. If support spent alot of time then I'm sorry, but hire better support, all you have to do is check your dm from me which would take 2 mins to see our conversation. listen if your not going to help a person who clearly bought 2 products from you (one which lost support after what 6 months) thats fine. I have the emails that show and state otherwise which is attached. Also having someone buy another copy because somthing that was said should/would be done wasn't, honestly is unfair which is fine. I would highly recommend having a better system for customers who clearly paid for your product, also you keep saying 10 years, is that suppose to mean that because I purchased a product 10 years ago that now I don't have the right to have it activated because that's what it sounds like your saying. I bought gsa about the same time, its still activated I changed machines and it works fine took me 2 mins to reactivate it, I have plenty of software that I have purchased that works fine. Scrapebox was activated since then but your product deactivated it self randomly. I have never had issues like this with any other Dev. I can easily provide an email which they activate or check my licence.. Again if your support can't do this then I'm sorry but then it's bad support.
I can also provide the ID from the one activated instance (its in the about section when you click on sb ID) which I'm 100 percent positive you can pull the copy info from which I also provided but I know you have done that since you mentioned. I bought it 10 years ago for $47 which we never conversated about, So you clearly looked it up.
The emails are there, so are the dms between me and you.
Also lastly it's the principle.
