I should use proxy or not?

Hi, I have a question. For several years I have used 3 accounts to add posts to groups. I used the "pilotposter" program and later "safeposter" unfortunately a month ago these programs died and after trying to add accounts to them again I received account verifications. I was able to recover my accounts.

I am going to use "facebook automation" 6.9 now - do you have any opinions on this software?

Returning to the subject, after this time there were such problems that I can send less messages to strangers. Earlier I started stoepr for 11 minutes and I was able to send invitations to people who liked my post and write a message to them. Now it is max 5-8 minutes and after that he gets a blockade to write to everyone (previously was the captcha).

I have never used a proxy before, I started recently and it seems to me that Facebook treats (maybe) my accounts with more suspicion. If I get a lock on writing on one account, will it activate on one ip on the other? Should I use a proxy or maybe a home ip?
