PayPal has banned PornHub; one of the worlds largest websites getting 2.8 billion visits per month, from using it's payment processing services. Good old ShitPal is graciously spreading equality around the globe, by fucking over not just the little guys but some of their largest clients.

"Pornhub tells The Verge that the decision affects performers who are part of Pornhub’s Model Program, which lets individuals upload their own videos and earn advertising revenue from those videos. The company is pointing performers toward its other payment options including check, direct deposit, the Paxum e-wallet, and the Verge cryptocurrency."

"Pornhub tells us that it will “continue to add more sex worker-friendly” ways to get paid and that it’s exploring more crypto options as well."
PayPal doesn't allow payment processing for sexually oriented digital goods, many banks also do not allow these kinds of services.
It's absolutely pathetic that in 2019, people are still having trouble getting paid online due to restrictions by payment processors.
This is one of the reasons why I am continuing to support secure cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin which allow true financial freedom, with governments and financial institutions not being able to stop transactions no matter who you are,the kind of work you do, who you're sending money to. It doesn't need to replace the USD, but it is a necessary alternative for the millions of people who aren't allowed to receive their pay check through PayPal or traditional banks, and the 1.1 billion unbanked individuals who don't have access to banking services but do have a mobile phone.
