Is this affect my SEO?

On my blog I am getting traffic from Google, Pinterest and Facebook.
Google traffic have very less bounce rate (less than 50%) and have high avg. Session (1 min approximately).
But Pinterest and Facebook traffic have very high bounce rate (above 80%) and very less avg. Session (20 sec max).
So is this high bounce rate affect my SEO/ ranking on Google?

No. And you need to check real bounce rate as by default it's completely useless metric without tuning. If you have an article which is quite short and people find what they need within seconds, you will have a high bounce rate but it won't affect any ranking etc anyway because if you have a bounce rate 50%, then in real life it's like 15% max.

Your bounce rate is okay, don't look at it. If your article is okay, visit time is above 1 minute, then the bounce rate would be the last thing to look at.
