PBN or 301 REDIRECT ?

hi people
recently found almost 10 domain with good backlink ratio and related anchor to my niche

I was thinking which is the best use of them? make a pbn with them which need some costs and time or redirect them to my main website?

this domains are 50% related to my niche other 50% is also related but indirectly.
also all has about same source for backlinks , it seems somebody used to some auto seo soft to create backlink portofolio to this expired domains.

I'd normally do a 301 to my site, if I am sure that the links on that site, are 100% legit and good, eg, contains links from cnn, huffingtonpost, those type of high quality links. But based on my observation, having too many 301 to your site, somehow would dilute the effect instead, thus, maybe choosing a top 5 or 10 sites to do a 301 back to your site, and then the rest spend them as your PBNs instead, would have a very good effect.

i was thinking like this to redirect top 2 of them and make pbn on rest of them
