Need help asap, it's very important!

Instagram just banned my main device from using the app. I can login to ig from desktop and other devices for now, but i am afraid if it's going to ban all the accounts i had on my previous device, is that possible?. Is there any way to use instagram again to my main device or its gone forever? Please i really need some help with this. Thank you!

You can do a factory reset, but obviously that has some disadvantages as far as having to reinstall and set up all your apps.

I don't think it will delete all of the accounts, it will just prevent them from logging on with that device ID that was banned.

I see. One day and the accounts are good, so i think the problem is only with the device itself. That's what i would like to avoid (factory reset) , but if there is no other way i will do it. However if i do a FR would that change the situation if my device id is banned?

I also had this problem and was never able to solve this, but I am pretty sure your accounts are not getting flagged since I can still use them now and it happened 2-3 years ago. I still can not log in to any Instagram account on that device tho.

Will need to know what it is you see or what message you get! It's easy to workaround it usually using some software.

Instagram banned his device, he can not log in to any account on this specific device anymore

UPDATE: I tried to login yesterday from the browser of my device and it worked. So i tried to reinstall the app and see if it works there as well, but nothing! The error message the app is showing to me is "There was an error with your request"

The browser and app use different login APIs, so perhaps there are different blocks there. Maybe the app block will go away in a few days.

UPDATE: what i have tried so far​

1. I unistalled-reinstalled the app on a different network
2. I connected facebook to account and tried login via facebook
3. I tried to install the app via apk from different site
4. I tried to contact the support (worst support ever!)
5. I clicked the link that says if you have trouble login click here, so i can connect from the link that they send to my email
6. I spammed the login button

That's what i have tried so far, but nothing works. The accounts i have look good from what i see, however they have a huge drop to likes (er) as well as the daily follows i get, i am trying to cut my losses there and hoping for a change. Ig has its ups and downs so i don't worry that much for this at the moment. I'm leaning more and more to factory reset, even though i am not 100% that this will solve my problem. I will try to keep you up to date with this situation guys , because if i somehow fix this, i am sure that it will help a lot of people that having the same problem

Was the account also automated, while you were using the account on the physical device?

I didn't think of that, if there is a way that i can change the API it might work. But let's hope that it will pass in a few days. Hope dies last the say anyway

No i have stopped using bots etc. Also my accounts have a nice growth without follow/unfollow for some time now. What went wrong is, that i for some reason tried to login in an old babe account i had, then i got logged out and when i tried login again the error message was always popping up. The babe account no longer exists, there goes 55k followers, but it fuckedd my other accounts too

It could be a footprint that the old account left.

A lot of my physical devices have had accounts banned on them, and I'm still running accounts on the 5 at a time just fine. But I can't create any new accounts on the devices, just run existing ones.
