Hi, yes fully refund an order is not guaranteed but a refill of your order can be done for sure since you are still under the refill periode for this service. Let me contact provider personally about this order as it seems to have some issue with it since it has no start count. Sorry about this issue here

So no contact, no solved issue, still let me hang and wait for nothing. This service turns into a crap. Just bla bla bla... you dont provide but still charge! There is no excuse for that; nothing delivered but still charged... Stay away from this service. I will keep posting and warning people everywhere to stop using this pannel!!

Same thing happend to me they never understand how service has to deliver fast. For example if you buying live views it has to be delivered instantly or after few minutes. But they are saying you can not cancel if order does not even start after few hours. One my order was not start in day. but they marked it completed next day i gave them screenshot proof etc but lezzy response came again. They are giving the same excuse like they gave it to you.

Sorry to hear that I am so sure that there is even more people, who just see that the same happens to them. You think you are charged and delieverd, but no they just charged you and mark the order as complete...

If you are sending enough balance with BTC, it's normally added under 15 minutes.
