I think I have colleceted my experience with the followiz panel by using their service. So Everthing was good till the latest happenings... so I am truly sorry about the attitude and the response. And I would like to people know about it.

Followiz is totaly messed up this days....my latest orders all 11 without succes, all refunded so far so good. But my last Order ID 21911056 turns out like a nightmare... ordered on 2019-07-19 03:18:00 charged but not delivered, so again asked for the refund on 2019-08-06 10:25:08 and I got the following response: "I will forward your order for the cancellation to our provider, but as I mentioned, it’s not guaranteed that the provider will agree on this, hopefully, they will. We will be able to cancel and refund your order after our service provider cancels the order."

so this means, we pay some providers without even providing... sorry but I'm not willing to pay if you not deliver. Refund me asap I waited enough and I dont care, I dont pay you guys if you not deliver, dont care how you clear this with your provider. So Refund me asap!

Same thing happend to me they never understand how service has to deliver fast. For example if you buying live views it has to be delivered instantly or after few minutes. But they are saying you can not cancel if order does not even start after few hours. One my order was not start in day. but they marked it completed next day i gave them screenshot proof etc but lezzy response came again. They are giving the same excuse like they gave it to you.

Hi, you are right it has many partial orders. I am contacting the provider to know if he can fix this issue. For now will all a note in the description about the partials issues

Yeah okay - but where can I expect some resolution or a reply? a BHW thread is not a great support channel. At the very least, get somebody to talk to me via Skype or some private channel? This is not about a few orders, it's about thousands lol.

Hi, will send for cancellation, we have also disabled this service today because of a recent update that cause some service to not work properly. Service id 290 is working good and is cheap

Most of the orders are already completed. The non started one I have sent for cancellation
The completed one, we cannot do anything even if you purchased from another panel. This is in our policy to not order anywhere else on the same link simultaneously. It's a very important and strict rule.
