Hi,
I emailed and PM'd you. There's a problem with my site that needs fixing asap!
The www version is not redirecting to the non www - I'm assuming it's a cloudflare thing that you's have set up because it was working fine before using the service.

Paid for this service last Wednesday and job was completed on time as promised. However there were some issues with the caching plugin breaking my site. Communication via email is slow, but the team was very helpful nonetheless. They managed to fix my problem even on the weekend and all in all a fairly satisfactory job.

To keep this review short, the service does work and is great for wordpress sites that are new and without much optimization. My page load speed improved by 2+ seconds (side note: it was running at 5.6s when i optimised it using W3total cache myself but the plugin had a few conflicts with my other mobile forms which could not be solved so i had to deactivate it) and while they did double the speed, it was primarily for the home page. The subpages saw some improvements too, but not as significantly. To be fair to them, i opted to not use cloudflare and they could still deliver on the 2x speed promise.

What could be improved:
Communication via other channels/live chat as email response is not as fast as i would like
More meticulous checking of all pages to ensure nothing breaks due to minification.

Overall a job well done and i would definitely hire again for future wordpress projects. This is a quick and easy solution for those who do not know/have the time to do their own optimization. Looking forward to using their shopify speed optimization too in the future.
