Setup your own Mobile 3G/4G Rotating Proxy with your Android Phone

Yes you get the idea right. IG runs in many countries on mainly mobile ips and mobile ips are shared... ip to user ratio could get as high as 1:30 or even 1:50 meaning theoretically that you could get away 15 to 20 accounts per ip. Since mobile ips are always different each time a user connects, IG does not expect to always see the same ip, so you are able to safely fly under the radar. The only thing is figuring out the actual density of IG users per ip per network --trial and error will give you that average figure because that will likely be a benchmark that their servers will use in detecting excessive activity per ip.

Youu set up your bot as normal, only you direct traffic through your proxy. Your bot, Jarvee or which ever has no role to play in the proxy.. the proxy works on its own, your bot works on its own.

Do you know if it's as easy to get away with FB accs?

Someone mentioned about the UK network (EE) not having much of a IP pool.... Surely this would be really beneficial?

EE is huge in the UK, so imagine all the EE mobile users that use instagram (millions!).. The smaller the IP pool the more accounts you can run per IP without having to worry about multiple IP's as you will be sharing the IP with a couple of million regular users.. blending in nicely..

Find the major network with the smallest number of IP's and mingle in with all those legit users.

Ok so I tried this successfully on one phone with a 4G sim. I had to enable Airplane mode / on / off rather than Data as it wasn't creating a new IP otherwise.
I ran this for 2 days on 6 accounts - with another 5 accounts still using data proxy (all on the one private machine).
I ran into two problems -
1. The accounts were only managing to follow/unfollow a percentage of what they were supposed to (set at 500f/u only managing 50%)
Is this perhaps to do wih a limit to how many requests you can squeeze through on a sim and a phone?
2. Perhaps I got to Rambo when I ramped up my settings, as got like blocks on all the accounts that were going through the phone. The ones still running through a proxy were fine, but possibly because I left the settings moderate.

So for now I've switched back to regular old highproxies - be cool to figure this out though.

But lets keep discussing this hopefully we can come up with a cool, local setup that works for everyone!

Would love to know what highproxies your currently using via DM? Have tried numerous (proxymillion, massproxy, instantproxy) with all getting moderated on facebook.

Hi,

This works perfectly if you are not running your campaigns on a remote VPS. If you just run them on your home pc and you have an Android Phone with a 3G/4G connection, then you do not need to buy Backconnect rotating proxies, you can set them up yourself.

First you will need an Android phone (rooted preferred).

You will also need to install Tasker from the Google playstore.

If your phone is not rooted, then you will need another app called Autoinput. As it is more complicated for a non rooted device, I will only focus here on the setup for a rooted Android phone. Anything from Android Kitkat 4.4 will do.

The principle is simple. For 3G and some 4G networks, each time you disconnect from the network and reconnect, you are assigned a fresh ip - ip rotation. So all you need to do, is to tether your PC to your phone internet through the phone's hotspot feature, and automate turning off the mobile connection and turning it on again at your desired interval using Tasker. It works perfectly for just about anything that needs rotating ips for at least 30 seconds+ rotating interval.
On my next post I will share a small nifty Tasker script to help you get started...but if you can do Tasker on your own, you should be able to get running before my next post.

Hi Brickbat I was just wonodering how this was going for you now? I was running smoothly with this but only rotating IP every few hours, but I just had one instagram account disabled (although could be a mistake). Ive now turned up turning on off data to 5 minutes. Have you had any issues at all with this setup now after a few weeks?

I don't do IG, so I can't say. But for whatsapp and other spam marketing I do, no issues at all.

Now the question begs--how does one get this to work on a remote server? Maybe turn the home desktop computer into a proxy, which is tethered to the phone, and then the remote server connects to that home computer?

I would actually be willing to pay someone to show me how this is done. But maybe that's a better post for "Want to buy."

This method works! You can easily scale and rent out services.

The time consuming part is researching where to buy and what kind of 4g phone!

Is there a way to disable and enable the USB tether too? I noticed that I need to disable and enable USB tethering to get a new IPv6, not just toggle Airplane mode or Mobile data. But for some reason Tasker is giving me an error when I try to automate the USB tethering.

Well, you could probably make an offer in a job board in the desired location and offer a fee to anyone willing to provide the resources to set it up (phone,internet, power). Better than you sending a phone..

right good idea I was thinking sending a phone at some point as an incentive and to separate their personal phone,II guess they can have proxy server running and still take calls from aunt judy. Ideally someone would have a second phone lying around, We talking about 50 dollar phone from ebay, Something that can get the job done. I had a thought about this business as i see its becoming popular too
