I did Web 2.0, Press Release, Blog Comments, Guest Post, etc . Money site is ranking for long tail keywords. 301 was to rank Big keywords which has got good search volume. Worried that how no movement in SERP after 301 with such powerful expired domains

301 from non-related expired domain will NEVER work no matter how long you wait, I have tested this several times, you have to find the expired domain which is highly relevant to your money site, otherwise, 301 will NOT work.

If the naked anchors are not relevant to your kws, and the expired domains are not even niche-related, I doubt this technique will help you rank competitive kws. If it did, everyone would do it.

For 301s to be effective, you need to go for domains with relevant anchors, and in the same niche. I'd wait a bit longer and see if you get lucky, but next time a $2k marketing budget is better spent on other assets.

Why you spend so much money on expired domains. You can buy scrpaebox for 49$ and scrape unlimited domains and register them for 8$. I found expired domain on top3 worldwide website in my niche and registered it and redirected to my blogspot. I see more traffic after couple of weeks.

Since you made the 301 redirect, have you submitted all the links pointing to the domains you have redirected to Google for recrawling and reindexing?

Google needs to crawl them in order to understand that the redirect is in place, and then to pass the link juice. An old, expired domain will not be crawled very often, even if it is still indexed. You need to push Google to look again at your domains.

That is the reason why everyone is saying it takes months for a 301 redirect to have any effect. Its takes Google a long time to recrawl all the pages of an expired domain if it does it naturally. You can speed up the time it takes for the link juice to be passed if you get Google to recrawl faster.

If all the links are pointing to the home page, it is likely that some will be treated as "soft 404s". You need to redirect on a page by page basis, making sure that the target pages are on the same topic as the old ones. It doesn't matter whether the new page has the same URL, but it does need to have some of the same topical relevance.

The idea behind a 301 is to say to Google "this content is now permanently found at..." If you don't have the same content (or at least similar content), you won't get any credit for it. It will treat it as a 404 instead "This page no longer exists".

No no i say wait for now about 3 weeks. IF the redirect doesn't work. You can put 1 page website with about 300 words niche relevant content and Put a backlink to your website. NOT redirect.
