Should i buy this Youtube Channel?

There is this guy who wants to sell his youtube channel for $45. The channel has 800subs and above 4000hours watch time. The videos are all game play( about 5videos). I do not know if the channel will be monetized. But my intention is to buy it and sell it after monetization. What is the probability that the channel will be monetized since the subs and watch time are all natural? should i buy it? Are gaming channels easily monetized? as long as you can hear his voice in the gameplay videos I would probably buy it, just add 200 more subs from a smm panel and it should work

The 5 videos on the channel are just game play videos without human voice just sound from the game. If i add 5 more videos of me playing a game with commentary will the initial 5 videos with the bulk of the views and watch time jeopardize monetization during review?

Not likely. Why don't you wait until the channel gets approved for monetization & meanwhile you could gather some ideas to blast your next content for better traffic.

i think its not that hard to get 1k subs and 4k watch hours. even if you have met all requirements it is highly likely you wont be accepted into the monetization program..
As i have seen hundreds of people selling there channel for cheap having met all requirements but if they are being accepted into it they wont sell it.
But 40$ is cheap, even if you buy fake subs you will get it for 30-50$ it is worth to give it a shot.

$45 is a good find. But better be sure that the watch time is not bot manipulated or old ones coz it will affect your account.

You cannot know if the channel has had any copyright history unless the seller is trustworthy. All the best

What do you mean by it is highly likely that you won´t be accepted even if you meet the requirements? Have you made personal experience with this?

It generally takes about 1 day and can extend to as long as a week. Also, the views in you channel's About section is taken into consideration. So even if your videos have crossed 10,000 views but the channel views in the About section has not been updated, YouTube won't consider it eligible for monetization.

Note that I was able to get my gaming channel monetized with fake subscribers and fake views. This was back before the recent 2019 crackdowns when views were working a hell of a lot better (early last year). I'd say it's worth a shot for $45. It costs that much to get 800 fake subs and some fake views nowadays unfortunately...

Many channel that has all requirements still under review for monetization.. Your channel still need another 200 subs to apply on AdSense.

I have many channel with over 1K sub and 4K watch hours and still pending after long time apply for monetize and still no update from YouTube.

Your channel that are under review for long do they have real sub and watch time or you bought them from smm panel?
