I will like to use your service as the views are paid and real human. Please PM so we can talk more about business.

Hi there,

I want to start a new fresh YouTube channel & get it monetize.

Do you provide below service:
1) 4,000 watch time view, &
2) 1,000 subscribers

Hope to hear from you soon, thank you.

Bot views, fake subs, SMM Panels, has it all become too tiring to deal with? Are you tired of having to worry about Google updating their algorithm which results in deleted subscribers and views? Wouldn't you prefer real, verified, human views that actually love your content?

I have the only solution that works effectively long-term, with unlimited volume and precise niche targeting designed to legitimately grow your channel:

Managed Google Ads Campaigns from Hardly Creative!

Website: https://hardlycreative.com

I specialize in the management and optimization of large-scale YouTube Ads campaigns. Some of my clients include top 500 global music acts, record labels, travel channel hosts, premium gaming channels and more.

There are four primary value propositions that come with this service:

1. Earned Engagement Optimization – Within Google Ads we can build out hundreds of ad groups targeting and testing every demographic, interest, affinity, intent and remarketing audience imaginable in your niche, and by doing so, optimize for engagements. This includes subscribers, video likes, and playlist adds. Especially with music videos, playlist adds are an important engagement we optimize for.

These engagements are a primary signal to the ranking and discovery algorithms to show your content organically in relevant locations on YouTube. Strong video engagement is crucial for the long-term organic growth of the channel.

2. Cost – With a base rate of $4 per 1,000 targeted ad views you will not get a better price from an ad agency, not even close. In fact, this price is very comparable to all the thousands of bot view services out there. Would you rather have targeted, optimized and effective ad campaigns, managed by a Google Ads expert, resulting in real humans watching your content…. or bots?

All views can be verified one of two ways. The first is you log into Creator Studio and look at the analytics for the traffic source. The only category this traffic will be labeled under is “YouTube Advertising” (bot views always come in labeled as “external”).

The second method to verify will be receiving reports directly from Google Ads regarding the stats of your campaign. I will give you viewing access to my Google Ads account so you can verify everything yourself directly from Google.

3. Communication – You will only be working with me, so you will get to know me quite well. I speak fluent English and live in the U.S. I think you will be surprised with just how much information I give you before we even start a campaign.

With many clients, I do a lot of work with them to optimize their YouTube channels for free before we even start running ads. I don’t send an invoice until you are ready to begin an ads campaign. Up until that point, it’s likely we will have 3, 5, 10 conversations through email, phone, Skype, whatever you prefer.

4. Adsense Revenue Optimization – This is a service only available for high-volume clients in the 10 million+ ad views per month category. The reason being is it takes me a lot of time to do this analysis and then make the constant adjustments needed country by country to optimize for this KPI. It’s also impossible to do unless we have voluminous data from ads campaigns on your channel. We quite literally need tens of millions of views of data from ads to perform this analysis (at least 100,000 views per country). Ad fill rates are an important component for RPM and some channels do not have high fill rates while others have 75%+ fill.

Essentially, I will be able to adjust ad delivery to focus more on countries that are earning you higher RPM through Adsense. This can mean anywhere between 5% and 50% cashback from the cost of running ad campaigns.

I will have you download the geographic revenue data that is available in your Creator Studio account and send me the Excel and I’ll take it from there. Simple as that (though, not simple on my end).

---------------------

For a service like this that goes really in depth with using the Google Ads platform, there is a lot more to say, so don’t hesitate to ask questions! I have been running Google Ads campaigns for nearly 16 years, back when Google was still a baby company compared to today and when AdWords was very primitive technology. I don’t work with Facebook Ads or any other platform to not over-extend myself. You are getting someone who excels at one very specific task, not a jack of all trades.

Once we begin, I’m always available on Skype to answer questions and update you on the status of your campaigns. I don’t rush my clients or push them into anything.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask in this thread or you can submit your channel through https://hardlycreative.com and I'll get in touch within 24 hours.

For YouTube Partners I also offer a free 1,000 view test. That will give you chance to communicate with me, see how I work, and experience some initial results, risk free.

Since offering this service publicly, I have signed many interesting large clients, including 3 record labels with a total artist roster of 250+. The reason they switch is because they compare the results I get for them, both on cost and campaign results, and every time like clockwork I get better results than their internal marketing teams or other ad agencies they have worked with previously.

It’s worth a test run if you are in the business of using YouTube to significantly grow your brand. For musician’s, YouTube has become even more important than ever when promoting live tours with the new artist features they have recently built into the system. Live tour dates are now prominently shown beneath the video targeted to the user’s geographic location. So, if we are promoting a video and a user in London watches the music video, YouTube will show them the nearest live performance date in the U.K. instead of a date in the U.S. which wouldn’t matter to that viewer.

I can’t work with every type of channel, send me a link to your content so I can make an assessment and we’ll go from there!

My disclaimer is that to really experience exponential growth on YouTube, it takes significant investment of time and money. A small ad buy will not ‘explode’ your channel. One video will not build a brand. In 2019 the competition for eye-balls is intense, not like it was ten years ago where breaking out on YouTube with solid content was much easier.

Using ads effectively (which is my job) is only one component of growing a channel. Interacting with your community/audience, quality and quantity of content, SEO, it’s all important for breaking out above the tens of thousands of other channels competing for viewer’s attention.

It’s possible though! Looking forward to working with you!

Submit your YouTube Channel: https://hardlycreative.com - I will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Or ask any questions you have right in this thread!

Refunds?

No refunds. Google is charging my own credit card for traffic delivered through Google Ads. After traffic is delivered to your videos, that's it. I'm not about to ask Google for a refund.
i was really keen on this till the fine print on the website said i had to be partnered. would you work with a channel posting original music?

Hey everyone, just an update since it's been awhile since posting in this thread.

I'm working literally all day everyday on just YouTube Ads for clients, it's so amazingly busy especially this year with all the YouTube changes to the algorithm with deleting bot activity. Many new people are turning to the ad system now.

Best way as always is to hit me up on Skype if you'd like to chat about running ads. Just to reiterate a point I've made earlier on this thread and on my website, to scale a YouTube Channel it takes a healthy investment. So if you only have a few hundred dollars this wouldn't be the best method for you.

I'm primarily focusing exclusively now on high-volume clients and record labels that have the deeper monthly budgets. But I'm still happy to run a $100 trial for BHW peeps. I just want to make sure that disclaimer is out there because I know lots of people want to grow exponentially on YouTube, you just have to understand the time and investment it takes to get there. It's an amazing amount of work, both to create the content and then to market it for scaled growth.

Anyways, Hardly Creative on Skype if you want to chat. PM me if you can't find me. Thanks!

I would like to know what's the minimum budget to hire your services.
I'll also try to talk to you on skype.

Hey Lilith, for the most part I've moved to a $5k/month minimum monthly spend. It allows me to focus more on serious clients that are building serious businesses. Just in my experience managing clients over the last year I've come to really enjoy working with those clients a lot more compared with clients that are just wanting a boost in views on a single video and that don't have a business goal in place, if that makes sense.

But I'm still happy to give some pointers on your channel to improve discoverability if that budget is not possible. Just add me on Skype.

Sure, just add me on Skype by searching for Hardly Creative. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I wanted to pass along a few items that should be really helpful to understanding the YouTube algorithm in its current state. First, a presentation by Derral Eves at the latest VidCon this Summer:

He goes very specifically into why the algo recommends some videos and why it doesn't recommend others.

The second item is this research paper posted by a user on Reddit posted over the weekend. It's the best sourced material I've seen that uses only official Google sources, so it doesn't suffer from the same level of projection that so many people engage in when talking about the algorithm.

Enjoy!

I think there's a lot to learn about youtube itself. I wish I had seen this thread long before now anyway.

I worked with Trev for 6 months, He was nice and understanding, however his ads don't convert unless he has massive budgets, and he asks for big budgets or will use copy paste targeting. I tried to get the most out of his services and he has good basic knowledge and campaigns that will give you some views and subscribers. But they tend not to stick or engage after. I spent around 3000 dollars with him.

Over all I would consider the service as average but on our last campaign, I was displeased with the results after spending 300usd on the campaign and getting a very high CPV. I expressed my dissatisfaction peacefully and asked for a solution on the next coming videos.

He then went on to say he doesn't want to work with my company as I am too small of a client for him and went to completely ignore me and leave me and my clients stranded.
I was left running to the hills trying to figure it all out myself and found the same videos approved through him end up being flagged for trademark when I figured out how to run campaigns by myself. Not sure if there is a link there or not.

I just found it strange he would suddenly turn on his client for a very small issue. I hope he is able to deal with people better in the future.

what was the flagged for trademark? i dont understand, explain better

Starting in 2020 I'm shifting this service to a strategy that I've been working on seriously developing for about a year. I've begun onboarding some current clients and will have full details here in January after further testing proves successful. Primarily, I need to gauge the time investment needed to onboard a cluster of clients over a few weeks time.

This new service is for professional entertainment channels that are in the YouTube Partner Program. We have developed a series of optimization sequences which pulls in mass amounts of data from both the Google Ads and YouTube Analytics APIs that will execute on a 24 hour cycle. There is a lot of data science behind this new approach and the rules based system we've developed in Python. Also, our extensive campaign build outs for channels within this service is a completely unique way of using Google's advertising technology for proper, scaled targeting of audiences.

We're looking to address a variety of pain points that we frequently encounter when running ads campaigns and coupling that with new optimization techniques to improve revenue generation from AdSense. That requires precise targeting and optimization of audiences that will really enjoy the content we are promoting to them.

Over the last month I've been walking through all current clients on how we are going to be shifting to this strategy and what it all entails.

The white paper for this new service will be uploaded to our website https://hardlycreative.com/ in a couple of weeks.

There will be a set of requirements that need to be met in order for us to onboard new clients which will all be laid out in the white paper. But bottom line, is we can only work with channels and artists that have a professional entertainment product (music videos, documentaries, travel videos, etc.) and produce content with exceptional organic watch-time. This isn't for new channels that don't yet have clear content direction that is well produced.

I've gotten some pretty amazing clients, primarily record labels and artists, from BHW this year, and am looking forward to expanding this service to more clients. Sorry for the client above that didn't have the best experience, sometimes the match just isn't right the fit. I wish them well.

As always, feel free to reach out on Skype if you are the manager of a serious entertainment brand, I'm happy to talk more about everything that is going on as we move into a new decade. Thank you!
