Today I reached my minimum payment threshold of $80 and my payment processor is Paypal. But when I tried to cashout the fund it's showing "Available amount = $0" and "Total request amount ($80) is more than available balance (possibly because of fee amount)".

Can you please check my account for possible error and fix it..?? I already reached my AM (Nadiia Mam) through Skype, but I think she's away because it's been 6 hours and still no response from her.
It's my hard earned money and I want to cashout it as soon as possible so that I can re-invest it.

So, please check it as soon as possible.

Hey, you may've been asked this to double check if you don't have a previously banned account. It usually goes for tier 2-3 countries since there are a lot of fraudulent registrations and fraud attempts on a daily basis.

All the major CPA companies usually ask to have a live phone call in order to get you approved, although it's not necessary to give your personal information such as Facebook. Please kindly, refer to your Blackhatworld.com account and you should be more than fine.
