Hi
I need help configuring Payoneer with Stripe to receive payments from international clients.

I signed up for Payoneer's global payment service. Got a US local checking account.
Went to Stripe, copied and pasted the details provided by Payoneer.
* I did not activate Stripe yet.

Question is: If I receive payments from Stripe as an LLC, could that cause reason for conflict because the bank account provided by Payoneer is in my personal name?

Hoping to hear back from you!

I'm having issues with activation.
Is it okay if I skip this section out: "You, the individual or sole proprietor"
and enter details related only to the LLC?

Yea, you can tell them you have an LLC and give them your details

You have to give them your EIN, so they can verify the LLC

Yes. It's a problem. While I'm not a US lawyer and this is not legal advice*, based on research of US llcs, the LLC needs to be a separate entity.

The LLC is like its own person. It's like asking can my neighbor use the same bank as me?

The LLC needs it's own bank account and procedure when operating.

While Payoneer might not care, you might not have liability protection anymore, if you don't notify them of a transfer from individual to company. Make sure you ask them.

LLcs need to be signed a certain way, like your name and title for example. Payoneer might not tell you this.

You are going to need to ask these question on legal forums like avvo or even quora (where real lawyers respond), plus research how to operate as an llc for multiple sources.

With an LLC you're in the big leagues now.

Good luck

Why not making a Payoneer business account for the LLC?
