Hi buddy, Yes, hosting affects load time a lot. But in most cases, the websites are not configured at its best so they still can be optimized.

I think we should test it before you migrate your website to another hosting. If we can optimize, you won't need any migration. I believe we'll optimize it well. However, even If we cannot improve your load time, you'll already get paid back -OR- we can migrate your website to another hosting company & optimize your website again after migration.
