I hit a wall with affiliate program?

Im currently dabbling in web hosting affiliate programs and I am having a very hard time getting leads for some time now, my plan or method is pretty solid in terms of conversion so I have no problem getting the sale, my issue is getting the lead to begin with. I have tried targeting facebook groups and reddit focusing on specific persons of interests (fitness trainers, bloggers, real estate agents etc..) while trying my best to not come across as a sales person or spammy so the perspective groups dont kick me out but still the only sales I have ever made were from posting on a local classifieds website that my town uses.

if any one has any advice it would be appreciated!

The best method, when you sell hosting is when you don't sell the hosting itself. E.g. make a pdf about a money making method, which requires to have a website and hosting, where you drop your affiliate link. Of course it doesn't have to be a money making ebook, you can make any informational product or article for a target audience and sell hosting indirectly.

I have no particular tools in mind specifically for ebook making. You can simply use MS Word and save as pdf.
