Does any non-us resident here has an US LLC ?

Hello guys, I am looking for some one who formed an US LLC for his e-commerce business.
I want to start one to get accepted in payment gateways, the problem that i have concerns about taxes and reporting. I need some one with experience or in my situation to explain to me. should i pay tax ? should i report my income to the IRS ? and what will happen if i did not do so ?
Also, has any one registered a company online in a country that does not require you to report and require a lot of hustle?

You can hire an online lawyer to do it for you, they pretty cheap, as far as i know there are two us countries who have no tax for online income or students(can't remember well)

I am a student and want the LLC for an e-commerce store. can you please recommend a service that offer an online lawyer ?

Dont remember well mate, just google “llc lawyer nevada” if you want to open o e in nevada

strip atlas cost 500$ to start a company but this is only a starting fees there are
  • Delware register agent—$100 per year (renewed automatically)
  • Corporate tax preparation—packages start at $250 per year
  • Delaware tax filing—preparation is free, Delaware fee starts at $225
this mean 575$ annually
 
Well the Delaware fee is 225 so that's on top of fees for whoever you use.
If you need to save a couple of hundred dollars it would suggest setting up a US company might be the next step rather than the first one.
 
I have stripe atlas. Lemme know if you are going forward with them. I'll give some pointers. They reject lot of applications

i Do not even know how i should pay taxes as foreign LLC owner. I heard that penalties could reach 10000$ if you did not report and pay taxes which is crazy.

A friend has it in DE and it's ok. I only use this LLC to connect it to stripe, nothing else.

Forming in DE cost $180 + $50 Registered agent. Don't know how much it cost elsewhere. Tax is $399 (including agent fees) per year.

there is nothing special about Nevada LLC. yes the owner name can be hidden from the public but not managers which in your case is you i guess . and it cost about $400 + lawyer fees . go with New Mexico LLC info of owners/ managers are hidden from the public and its much cheaper around $100
