When uk vps in stock?
Very soon this/next week :D

------------------------------------
FOR EVERYONE THAT HASN'T NOTICE, WE ARE PERFORMING LOCATION UPGRADE IN TEXAS, PLEASE CHECK OUT ANNOUNCEMENT THAT HAS BEEN MADE UNDER OUR CLIENT PANEL 2 WEEKS AGO!

All updates will be there as well ;) Stay tune!

I didn't want to post any complaints in this thread but I think I am able to at this point in time.

I placed an order and made payment on March 3 (Asia time, so March 2 in the US). Today is March 7 here and I still have no access to my VPS. I messaged the OP in this thread. I submitted a ticket 2 days ago. I received a reply saying that there is no room in the Texas location so they can move me to the UK location or give me a refund. That's fine, but I would have been sitting here with my hand on my mouse like an idiot if I had not opened a ticket. I was patient because I saw a lot of delays were happening for other posters in this thread so I waited 2-3 days before reaching out. I asked to be moved to the UK location and asked for notice when the LA location opens or the Texas location is available again as all my work is situated in Asia. I still have no access to a VPS.

I read so many praises about Hyonix but to be honest, I am very disappointed. I received almost instant replies from the OP through PM before I made a purchase. Now I don't receive any replies after I have made payment. If I don't hear anything from this thread or a reply to my ticket, I would like to ask for a refund and I will look elsewhere to move my 5 desktops.

While I haven't actually used the VPS provided by Hyonix, I would not recommend to any posters based on my experience the past week.

I think the upgrades have made things a lot mroe difficult for them.
I have already bought 2 servers and wanted a third of $48, I was told I'd get it from the UK, I have waited close to 3 days now, I ended up closing the ticket.

So, I think it's good to start looking for other providers as well. They are good, but pms, tickets are not being responded to, I think they are overwhelmed by demand right now.

waiting for details.

When will the VPS be online?

Do you have any US RDP available on different locations?

Your servers are unlimited bandwidth?
Hey guys, I will try to address some issues here (just got free time after resolving the upgrade downtime):

The past few weeks were terrible for us, we faced fraudulent users (Stolen Paypal chargebacks and is from BHW), shipment issue, new system development, etc, and weren't been able to keep up with the growth (We are expanding fast :D)

Let's me list some of the current status of ours for you guys (bunches of issue actually, sorry about that).

1. Delays in response: Our ticket desk were swamped with tickets mixed with spam from SEO/Social Media offers, phishings,..., we are trying to clean it up or at least await for the new system to be up and running (which includes tickets filtering). Therefore, alot delays in response has been occurred which never happened before.
2. Delays in deployment: yet here we are again, I wasn't been able to keep up the stock, the recent location upgrade will allow us to bring more servers to this location ;) As new system come up, I will re-activate auto-provisioning module again :D
3. About the upgrade today: first off, I'm sincerely apologies for everyone affected, this was totally out of our controls due to the fact that the DC network admins don't have enough knowledge to troubleshoot their issue. The servers was actually online wayyyy long ago, but no internet due to how sucks the DC is, we are discussing internally about long-term resolution and probably will be moving out of our current provider in the next few months (to move to a higher end solution - which costs more, but ensure stability for you guys).
4. Please always takes updates via tickets.announcement, or if you have any questions, please contact my personal skype: feezioxiii (no billing related questions).

What can be done to improve?

1. We will proceed hiring a new L1 tech that take care of tickets while we are as sleep (our team are VN based) which will provide much better response time.
2. New system coming up: This development has been started since January, with a bunch of bug fixes, going back and forth, and promise a MUCH better user experiences along with fraud protection once it's released!
3. We are planning a complete migration to another service provider (not anytime soon) in few months, and need to consider all the possibilities to ensure as smooth transition as possible.
4. Regarding remained orders, i will either have it all deployed within few hours OR a full refund if the stock is not enough to have your VPS online. Please note that we can surely fit you all in, but we don't as we strive to maintain the best possible quality at the pricing ;)

-Written after 5 cups of coffee today and no sleeps :D Please forgive me if there is any grammar mistakes on the above statement.

Edit: new UK server coming online tonight as an apology for all the late responds in stock asking :(

Ordered on 5th and its 8th today and no login details yet .

Invoice # 5635
Yep, we are checking on stock at the moment, there was a huge over stock on the last few days on US servers (Line started from 2nd Mar), our current stock update is faulty - we knew this, however, the old dev that initially developed our current module 'run away' and we can't reach to him, his code was messy that my new dev refused to continue the development and we've agreed to work on a brand new panel :D Everything should be back on track by the end of this month as the new panel come online! (stock controls, automation, fraud protection, etc), currently there are a lot of manual works involved (which was never the case), including stock checking, deployment, fraud checking, ... so there has been a huge delays on everything. I'm sincerely apologize about that!
