Was shutdown, but there are many incompleted views. What happens when I open a ticket about it is they say “let me see with the provider, or refill in 24hours”. Of course nothing happens which is why i am here.
I am requesting the cancellation of all services that wasn’t successfully delivered by this service. It can be partial since some views were delivered. Example order 14549841
12k/100k were delivered and the refill request never occurred. I bought new views for it on your panel. I need you to tell the support that if a request is made to cancel an order about the now dead service 324 that it should be refunded or partially refunded asap as I have waited months for some orders.

The panel isn’t the problem it’s the fact that the support doesn’t realize the provider for service 324 is non-responsive. Panel is great which is why I ordered more views but I need the money from the service that was shutdown.

You are totally right, thanks for pointing that out. It's the provider that marked those orders as completed and they should not be as so. I am contacting him right now. I have partial your order for now, hopefully provider will go over the other orders to partial them as well.
