i was interested but when i read:

i decided to not proceed because this is a scam behaviour, i sell the same kind of services using paypal in the normal way and the only times i have problems is when services are not working.
If you don't want to be responsable of the services you are selling when they don't work just change your work or you'll be considered as a scammer.

We are doing this for verification else people would open account, send good and service, and open chargeback. We aren't doing this to scam our clients ...

Hello, when a dead service isn’t working and has incompletions and a refund is requested so I can buy a different service on your panel, can you process it immediately please? The services work fine and it is understandable when issues with a specific service occur (which is why it is removed). But when the delivery remains unresolved it effects business so please check my tickets so we can come to fast resolutions. It depends on the provider, but normally we try to do this 3 days max after the service is down. Are you having that kind of issue with a service in specific?
