Find a very fast free theme that looks good, test it with gtmetrix or other online speed insight, make sure you don`t install too many plugins to slow you down, get decent hosting for WP and then upgrade later on when you`ll have traffic.

Basically, you want the site to load under 2 sec, have a clean looking theme and start from that, in time you`ll see what other plugins and scripts will help you out in your journey. Good luck !

Many free WordPress theme online, you may download it by free and use it as your WordPress theme. So far many of the free WordPress theme is light and maybe can make your website have a fast loading speed. Maybe.

Sometimes they do, you can find legit nulled stuff but people do put shit code in there and you have to watch out.
Festingers stuff are clean. I would suggest Genesis framework that you get from Festinger and work from there.

Don't trust virus total results on BHW downloads section.

+1 for this, IMO stuff I get from ScriptMafia etc is cleaner than the stuff they share here. But ALWAYS watch out.
