76212 - the order in this ticket was for YT views. they said it failed due to a system issue and was cancelled and refunded my money to my balance, which they did. these views were part of a set of drip feed runs. the other 4 runs were added in another ticket

76228 - the order in this ticket is for the aforementioned additional 4 runs of views. all 5 were ordered together but support saw it fit to only refund me for first run solely mentioned in the first ticket. as for the additional runs, in this ticket, i was instructed to wait 24 hours as my ticket was being forwarded to the tech provider. i cant imagine how they're any different but whatever

14885590, 14881001 - I canceled, the delay wasent big enough and they werent sent to the provider yet so I could cancel. Next time we wont refund those case as we stated in the FAQ the delay should be higher then 12 HOURS.
