And hey zeelive can you be more honest about your descriptions in your services? because almost 80% has drop and no refills are happening. why dont you disable services that has poor quality and only maintain 5 honest, reliable and "GUARANTEED" services? Can you update this? it's like we're spending money for nothing because the followers we bought vanishes after 5 days.

THIS. I would highly recommend this. There are so many different IG follower services, and most seem horrible. And the refill button does not seem to work efficiently. Just delete the services with heavy drop.

I got 10k followers and according to support, aparently, every single last of the 10k followers dropped. started at 94k on an account, i come back the next day still at 94 and the order marked as complete --- and the service is still being offered on the site. Just delete the garbage providers.

Like honestly zeelive, i think that one day, you need to create yourself an Instagram and actually test the services that are offered on your site. Test the refill button, test all of that, and maybe you will see why some people feel cheated using your service. Order 25,000 followers and watch them all drop off, like 5k a day. Then i think you might actually considering getting rid of some of these providers

This! I ordered Facebook Comment Likes and they marked my order as complete but they actually never completed the order. I opened a ticket (73013) to complain about it but they don't even try to resolve this issue and ask me to prove it.

I can see where this is going, so I requested (Ticket: 75048) the remaining balance to be refunded back to my Paypal account. They said it will take up to 24 hours to proceed... It's been 72 hours and still no refund.

If someone here is planning to try their services, I would be very careful if you plan to top-up a big amount...

By the way, OP still waiting for a refund.

We have already refunded your money to your paypal. And yes the comment likes were sent to your comment, I have it in front of me right now.

Hey followiz team i've been contacting the support for almost 2 weeks now and no refills are happening, and this JAMES in your support team is such a big ahole to be honest, i sent him the order ID's for a refill and asked me again what ID has the drop, what a stupid question right? how would the customer even know if that order ID has a drop. and I told him to refill those Order ID's i sent him and told me again where's the order ID for refill. Are you support agents stupid or what? sorry for the abusive words but we customers are angry about this service and already impatient!

Hello Candicetan, thank you for your opinion. Yes we are working on keeping the good service only for IG followers. The thing is that many people but some of the "dropping" followers as well so we keep them enable for them. We have updated the drop rate yesterday on the details if you want to have a good idea of the drop rate, even tho those service can get refilled. Thanks again for letting us know and we will take care of this

Hello Juicimane, thanks for your opinion on this, as we know IG are dropping more these days and we are trying to handle the drop via tickets and sending them to provider right now but ig seems to have increase their fake accoutn detection which cause more drop on services. I am manually going over services and checking if they are good are not.
