I opened ticked 75159. Where I say that I ordered dreep feed followers: 20 runs, each run is 500 followers, interval 1440 minutes (24 hours), total 10 000 followers. After first run of 500 followers, order market as completed. Support is telling me that everything is right, and I got what I paid for, but I was charged for 10 000 followers and recieved 500 only. I dont know what your support think, but I am personally think that is unfair))

I'm not talking about what your FAQ says, I'm talking about what the service says. The service says it would start in 1 hour, it didn't, and now I want a refund to my account so I can either replace the order or use it on something that actually works. If I don't get this refund I'll simply see this as you scamming me and I'll charge it back through my credit card as I wasn't given what I paid for.

Sir, we do mention on our page that service name might not be accurate because sometime service go under maintenance or get overloaded. We are not refunding an order because it took a couple of hours more then what it say on the service name. As long as the service is delivered, there are no issues. Service name are only indication to help you chose what service you want to use.

bro, no offense but you sound like a lame. You're not even permitted to sell this kind of service on ebay, and Youtube does not encouraged using bots so you need to take some accountability and understand the risks of what you're doing.

ONTOPIC: there is very bad drop with Followiz Instagram followers. I'll need a competant staff to look into this, as I can lose 10k - 20k followers in a day, and after getting more, they all drop again. Can provide the order number

Completely Drops either the same day or next day. I understand that its not guaranteed, but i've spent enough on this to know that it shouldn't even be offered.

It seems like you didn't read what I typed at all. So, once again, I'm saying I ordered it and the service stated it would be provided in one hour. Whether or not this is accurate is on you, if you don't want these situations then update your services with the correct information. Secondly, I did **NOT** receive the views I ordered at all. I gained more than the amount of views I ordered before your service started sending them because they sent later than specified, so I ended up getting nothing since the start count on your website was stuck at 100. My video was at 30,000+ views by the time you were supposed to send 3,000 as it was on a recent event, so it instantly updated to "complete" because your system doesn't detect how many views you send, but instead how many views the video has, and I can also tell I got none because when I checked the analytics of my video it shows that the vast majority of my views are from Youtube Search, Suggested Videos, and Browse Features, when the views you send would be under external, and under 2,000 of the views are under external at all when I ordered 9,000. Regardless, and going by what I've read some other commenters saying, you're an obvious scammer and you purposefully ignore the parts of questions that you can't answer because your system is faulty and your information is inaccurate. I wouldn't recommend anyone doing business with these people, I'll go ahead and contact my credit card issuer to refund that payment since you won't refund me for it when I NEVER received the views.

We do understand your feeling. Unfortunatly all the available Instagram Service that currently exist in the SMM world have higher drop then usual. 1. As we mentioned, service name aren't 100% accurate, it's the same on every panel as we cannot have this information on real time. There is no other way for us to give you an estimated time on the delivery.
2. You might be right, that's why we ask you to not make multiple orders at the same time, or make dripfeed orders under 12 hours of delay. That's how youtube views system works. They check count when the order start, and then re-check again a couple of hours later if the views were added. If you use other source or gain generic views during those time, they would be count as "sent" views from the system. I will refund your 3 orders, but never make orders like that again. I hope you understand correctly how the system works and will now act as you should by using those service. Reminder: Those service are for reseller, not for regular people. If you aren't sure how this works, please do not use it.

This! I ordered Facebook Comment Likes and they marked my order as complete but they actually never completed the order. I opened a ticket (73013) to complain about it but they don't even try to resolve this issue and ask me to prove it.

I can see where this is going, so I requested (Ticket: 75048) the remaining balance to be refunded back to my Paypal account. They said it will take up to 24 hours to proceed... It's been 72 hours and still no refund.

If someone here is planning to try their services, I would be very careful if you plan to top-up a big amount...

By the way, OP still waiting for a refund.

Hey followiz team i've been contacting the support for almost 2 weeks now and no refills are happening, and this JAMES in your support team is such a big ahole to be honest, i sent him the order ID's for a refill and asked me again what ID has the drop, what a stupid question right? how would the customer even know if that order ID has a drop. and I told him to refill those Order ID's i sent him and told me again where's the order ID for refill. Are you support agents stupid or what? sorry for the abusive words but we customers are angry about this service and already impatient!
