Interested. Messaging on Skype with the hope that the sea will part haha

Hey Johnny, did we connect? I'm not seeing your name on my Skype list.

---

I'm working with a couple of resellers now. If anybody finds this service and you know of potential high-volume clients that have verified YouTube Channels, you're more than welcome to contact me on Skype and we can work out a deal for any referrals or some other arrangement.

Do we only pay 100$ to start?

Hi, yes, once I review your channel and it looks like to me it could be a good candidate for growth through YouTube Ads, then we start a trial for $99. Those 33k views will give me enough data to determine if running high volume campaigns on your channel will be worthwhile. Meaning we want to see a minimum level of engagement through earned subscribers, earned likes, earned playlist adds, and earned shares.

For example, if you have a solid YouTube Channel with regular new high quality content and have been going for awhile, 1 new subscriber for every 200 organic views is pretty typical and about what you want.

When we run our trial ads campaign I'm looking to see if we can acquire one new sub for every 300 ad views. Along with the other engagement factors. So for those 300 views we should be seeing at least one or two playlist adds, some shares, some likes, and some earned views.

That of course means that your content is resonating strongly with our target audiences that we will build depending on what your niche is.

Of course, with more data and volume, I'm able to optimize these campaigns to get stronger earned action engagement over time which is vital for YouTube growth and ranking. Some of my clients I'm able to get them one new subscriber for every 150 ad views or less which is phenomenal considering the organic average is around 200 normal views.

This is why I keep stressing over and over again that a service like this only will do well with high quality original content. A lot of channels I've reviewed from members here are very poor quality, computer generated content, etc, so I have to respectfully decline running a trial for them.

But yeah if you've got a channel that does well with an audience, definitely send me a message and I'm happy to review!

Do you only accept 3-6 videos or will you do 1?

Yeah one works fine. The reason why I suggest more is so that we can figure out the best content on your channel that generates the greatest ratio of engagement and then start scaling volume with the best performing video.

Only doing one keeps me from being able to implement a variety of optimization strategies and then we also can't take advantage of Google's machine learning as it rotates through the ads. But yeah, one is totally doable.

For the music acts I run promotions for, most of the time they want to just promote their latest music video upload so for those clients we only run the one video and we get good results with that.

Excellent. Assuming I purchase the $99 option, will the real viewers/followers like/subscribe and will the video gain traction, or will it simply be random clicks with no real interest? (Content is music/rap related).

The views are 100% real. As the views are coming in you can even go in to Creator Studio Beta, check your real time analytics and all the views that come in will fall under "YouTube Advertising". It's pretty easy for my clients to verify the traffic that way and several other ways. Human behavior is dramatically different from bot behavior. The comments aren't scripted, the subscriber and playlist add rate data matches closely with YouTube wide data, etc.

Plus like I mentioned in the initial post, bot views will show up in your YouTube Analytics as 'external' traffic - generally from lots of messenger services. The view time won't match human behavior at all, nor will there be natural engagement with the video.

I also send full reports from Google Ads with any data you could possibly want following a campaign.

Anyways, yes, well produced music videos do really well on YouTube. Some of my largest clients are music clients. The music and video production does need to be well produced though to be successful with ads.

Feel free to hit me up on Skype and I can review your content.

I won't be able to run campaigns for your channel though unless you're a YouTube Partner, but I'm currently helping several channels run their own ads campaigns in their own ads account so that they can reach the 1k subscriber and 4k hours watched milestones so that they can apply for partnership.

youtube views i get are keyword targeted?

youtube views i get are keyword targeted?

That would depend on the volume and competition of the keyword and would most likely be impossible at a $3 CPM.

My bread and butter is creating tons of custom audiences and optimizing campaigns at high volume across affinity audiences and demographics. That usually involves hundreds, sometimes thousands of ad groups to accomplish. That's primarily what this service is for.

Keywords are certainly great for extremely specific targeting for an extremely specific video. Feel free to reach out on Skype to chat more about it. I'd need to see the keywords and channel content. Thanks!

Hi, I think we connected on Skype, right?

Yes single country targeting is possible, it just will always take longer when limiting reach like that. UAE has a total reach on YouTube of 11.3 million. That's unique users per week using YouTube. Once we dial down on our audience affinity targeting that could very easily take the reach down to less than 1 million. Then you have to take into consideration that we are competing at auction with countless other advertisers wanting to put an ad impression in front of those 1 million people. Google only puts a single Discovery ad in front of people per page view, it's not like search results where you can have 3 or more ads on the same page impression.

So if you are wanting high volume traffic from an audience size that small. It's not actually physically possible. But we could do something like up to 100k views over a period of two weeks or so for audience targeting in the UAE.

Hope that helps!

So here's an interesting concept that channels with solid Adsense revenue might like.

With some clients we have been working on the idea of optimizing ad delivery for the purpose of increasing cashback through Adsense.

Basically what I have them do is download revenue reports from YouTube Creator Studio that shows a breakdown of views, monetized playbacks, and revenue for each country. Once I get that data I can plug it into a formula I've developed to raise and lower bids country by country so that we are nudging Google's ad delivery platform to focus more on countries with a higher RPM rate.

With one client we've been able to get to almost 50% cashback for their account from ad spend which makes 1 million views cost $1,500 instead of $3,000. Not to mention other revenue sources channels can use like channel memberships, Patreon, the TeeSpring merch shelf, etc.

That's much lower than typical bot view rates, and you get real human views from ads with organic engagement on your videos. It's really a win, win, win.

This is only possible when driving traffic with Discovery Ads, not TrueView ads.

For any high volume clients, happy to talk in more detail about this concept on Skype! User: Purple Dimple

I Have Tested This service, good communication from the seller, 100% satisfied with the service, looking forward to work on bigger campaigns with him.recommended!

Sometime within the next week I will have finally finished the conversion of this service to be under an actual business name/marketing agency. Woo!

I'm slowly graduating from the Purple Dimple name into a new name. I'll post the website here later this next week!

I've gotten a lot of great clients from right here at BWH so thanks for that.

My door is always open to chat about YouTube Advertising, just hit me up on Skype as always. I'm not as fast at responding to private messages here.

One thing I have found is there is a lack of understanding with expectations in regards to YouTube. I've been doing my best to educate people on keeping their expectations in check when it comes to growing on YouTube.

The days of 'viral sensations' (gawd I hate that phrase so much) are practically over.

These days it truly is about developing a deep catalog of content, building an audience, responding to all comments especially when you are small, and understanding expected ratios, generally speaking.

For example, one ratio would be the expected organic sub rate. That currently stands at about 1:200 YouTube wide. If you are doing better than that than your channel is over-indexing.

With ads campaigns, once we move into high volume we can generally start beating those organic sub rates for some clients, depending on the niche and what type of audiences we are working with, sometimes quite a bit lower.

It requires a lot of optimization passes on the ads side, but it's definitely doable.

Anyways, will post later this week once the new website is up! Feel free to ask any questions!

Bot views, fake subs, SMM Panels, has it all become too tiring to deal with? Are you tired of having to worry about Google updating their algorithm which results in deleted subscribers and views? Wouldn't you prefer real, verified, human views that actually love your content?

I have the only solution that works effectively long-term, with unlimited volume and precise niche targeting designed to legitimately grow your channel:

Managed Google Ads Campaigns from Hardly Creative!

Website: https://hardlycreative.com

I specialize in the management and optimization of large-scale YouTube Ads campaigns. Some of my clients include top 500 global music acts, record labels, travel channel hosts, premium gaming channels and more.

There are four primary value propositions that come with this service:

1. Earned Engagement Optimization – Within Google Ads we can build out hundreds of ad groups targeting and testing every demographic, interest, affinity, intent and remarketing audience imaginable in your niche, and by doing so, optimize for engagements. This includes subscribers, video likes, and playlist adds. Especially with music videos, playlist adds are an important engagement we optimize for.

These engagements are a primary signal to the ranking and discovery algorithms to show your content organically in relevant locations on YouTube. Strong video engagement is crucial for the long-term organic growth of the channel.

2. Cost – With a base rate of $4 per 1,000 targeted ad views you will not get a better price from an ad agency, not even close. In fact, this price is very comparable to all the thousands of bot view services out there. Would you rather have targeted, optimized and effective ad campaigns, managed by a Google Ads expert, resulting in real humans watching your content…. or bots?

All views can be verified one of two ways. The first is you log into Creator Studio and look at the analytics for the traffic source. The only category this traffic will be labeled under is “YouTube Advertising” (bot views always come in labeled as “external”).

The second method to verify will be receiving reports directly from Google Ads regarding the stats of your campaign. I will give you viewing access to my Google Ads account so you can verify everything yourself directly from Google.

3. Communication – You will only be working with me, so you will get to know me quite well. I speak fluent English and live in the U.S. I think you will be surprised with just how much information I give you before we even start a campaign.

With many clients, I do a lot of work with them to optimize their YouTube channels for free before we even start running ads. I don’t send an invoice until you are ready to begin an ads campaign. Up until that point, it’s likely we will have 3, 5, 10 conversations through email, phone, Skype, whatever you prefer.

4. Adsense Revenue Optimization – This is a service only available for high-volume clients in the 10 million+ ad views per month category. The reason being is it takes me a lot of time to do this analysis and then make the constant adjustments needed country by country to optimize for this KPI. It’s also impossible to do unless we have voluminous data from ads campaigns on your channel. We quite literally need tens of millions of views of data from ads to perform this analysis (at least 100,000 views per country). Ad fill rates are an important component for RPM and some channels do not have high fill rates while others have 75%+ fill.

Essentially, I will be able to adjust ad delivery to focus more on countries that are earning you higher RPM through Adsense. This can mean anywhere between 5% and 50% cashback from the cost of running ad campaigns.

I will have you download the geographic revenue data that is available in your Creator Studio account and send me the Excel and I’ll take it from there. Simple as that (though, not simple on my end).

---------------------

For a service like this that goes really in depth with using the Google Ads platform, there is a lot more to say, so don’t hesitate to ask questions! I have been running Google Ads campaigns for nearly 16 years, back when Google was still a baby company compared to today and when AdWords was very primitive technology. I don’t work with Facebook Ads or any other platform to not over-extend myself. You are getting someone who excels at one very specific task, not a jack of all trades.

Once we begin, I’m always available on Skype to answer questions and update you on the status of your campaigns. I don’t rush my clients or push them into anything.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask in this thread or you can submit your channel through https://hardlycreative.com and I'll get in touch within 24 hours.

For YouTube Partners I also offer a free 1,000 view test. That will give you chance to communicate with me, see how I work, and experience some initial results, risk free.

Since offering this service publicly, I have signed many interesting large clients, including 3 record labels with a total artist roster of 250+. The reason they switch is because they compare the results I get for them, both on cost and campaign results, and every time like clockwork I get better results than their internal marketing teams or other ad agencies they have worked with previously.

It’s worth a test run if you are in the business of using YouTube to significantly grow your brand. For musician’s, YouTube has become even more important than ever when promoting live tours with the new artist features they have recently built into the system. Live tour dates are now prominently shown beneath the video targeted to the user’s geographic location. So, if we are promoting a video and a user in London watches the music video, YouTube will show them the nearest live performance date in the U.K. instead of a date in the U.S. which wouldn’t matter to that viewer.

I can’t work with every type of channel, send me a link to your content so I can make an assessment and we’ll go from there!

My disclaimer is that to really experience exponential growth on YouTube, it takes significant investment of time and money. A small ad buy will not ‘explode’ your channel. One video will not build a brand. In 2019 the competition for eye-balls is intense, not like it was ten years ago where breaking out on YouTube with solid content was much easier.

Using ads effectively (which is my job) is only one component of growing a channel. Interacting with your community/audience, quality and quantity of content, SEO, it’s all important for breaking out above the tens of thousands of other channels competing for viewer’s attention.

It’s possible though! Looking forward to working with you!

Submit your YouTube Channel: https://hardlycreative.com - I will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

Or ask any questions you have right in this thread!

messaged you on skype a few days ago... waiting for a reply

Sorry about that, we connected now on my new Skype account since transferring everything under the new Hardly Creative business name.

I'm considering deleting my old account that has been mentioned several times in this thread.

If anybody needs to contact me, search for Hardly Creative on Skype and you should be able to easily find the new account. Thanks!

One type of channel I frequently get requests to promote for are channels that have obviously just been purchased with monetization enabled. It usually involves a few videos being uploaded from some gamer stream that are 4 hours+ in length. Of course the purpose is to quickly get to 4,000 hours watched and 1k subs so that YouTube reviews the account.

Just to clarify, I'm not willing to promote a channel that doesn't already have good, original content. These types of channels do not qualify in their current state.

So if you buy a channel like that and want to start promoting it, my advice is to first rebrand the channel so it fits your niche and doesn't look like an unorganized mess. Then get going on the long road of producing original content. Once a good number of videos are uploaded and you see some signs that the views you have are responding positively to the content, then it starts to make sense to scale promotion efforts through Google Ads, not before.

Since we are dealing with real humans when pushing your videos, they will only respond positively to videos that are well made and entertaining. Should be obvious, right?

Part of my whole value prop for clients is optimizing ad delivery for real engagement. That becomes quite impossible to do when the content suffers from lack of entertainment.

When the content is great though, promotion becomes SOOO much easier!

Hardly Creative on Skype if you have any questions, or ask away in this thread!
