Additional Information​

This is a service that I think BHW could really use. I thought what was delivered in terms of what was "paid for" was well above expectations.

One thing I would have liked would have been more images in the content as when I create an ebook I break it up a bunch with images but the content was spot on money... he can take 3 pointers for my team any day.

Yes you are right. As stated in the OP, we are comfortable with UK, USA and Australian styles. We used USA spelling and grammar since that is the style most commonly used and the one the people in this forum are most accustomed to. I have sent you some samples of UK content.
