NINJA WAY TO MAKE A QUICK 500$ RECURRING PASSIVE INCOME

That is not the best way to make sure you are closing people.

Use a number that comes to you, talk to the prospect, set the appointment and then send the lead to the client.

You can have clients prepay 10 leads at a time with a tiny bit of sales effort and have no real out of pocket to make this a nice money maker.

I used to have several companies in each niche pay for leads in advance and we would handle the phone call, set the appointment and send that to the client. Anything less is mailing it in and not really the highest and best use of those that call in as to leads.

I've done this for years and know that sending the lead direct is fine if you want to make beer money but if you want to make real money you handle the call.
yes but this takes up too much time. Thats why i usually fix a flat monthly rate after having an estimate on the value of the prooperty. Eventually selling it for 15x easily. And i rinse and repeat

If you handle the call you need to be ready to answer the leads' questions? Do I need to learn plumbing etc..?

Your idea that it takes too much time is fine if all you want is pennies... if you want to make real money one would be best served taking the calls, making the appointments and selling the leads.

Anything less is chicken feathers and not worth getting out of bed in the morning for.

No you do not... you need to be able to know what they want and when they will be available for a service provider to show up so they can make their money.

In a way you would have to handle few plumbing queries and it would demand you to be familiar with plumbing terms. I would prefer this method if i only hv 1 or very few properties, in that case you need to be putting a lot of effrot and time into it. But what i preach is to be a nomad rather, keep developing multiple streams of properties. This way you will earn a lot quicker and eventually more too.

That sounds like you have not done this hands on... you don't know to know very much at all.

See what their needs are, set up a time to have a technician show up and sell the lead. I've done this thousands of times over the years and I know almost nothing about the trades that I sell to.

if you mean about your method then yea, i havent done it. And honestly if you have access to creating as many gmbs you want at will i dont see any reasons as to why put so much efforts on just 1 property. I know that i will be leaving cash on the table if i just charge a flat monthly rate, but who cares as i will have saved more time and efforts which can be utilized to create another set of properties. Basically its a difference of fundamental idealogies i guess :)

Yeah, it was clear to me you have not done it based on your posts here.

Your initial post was weak, your responses are leading people to leave a ton of cash on the table.

But that is fine as people are OK with 1/5 of the actual revenue they can earn sometimes and you are giving them that option.

I'd rather make real money and sharing what really works as opposed to what one thinks will work because they wanted to shill their service here is why I am active in this thread.

How did you send the Lead to your client?
Would you directly call and tell your clients the prospect or did you have a more efficent way of doing it?

Lol, what i meant was i havent tried out 'YOUR METHOD OF SELLING' and i am very succesful in 'MY METHOD OF SELLING THE LEADS'. Just because i sell the leads differently than the way you sell em doesnt mean i don know what i am talking. Please counter me with actual points rather than blatant accusations :)

Hello guys, this is one of the very first posts here. But i wanna quickly give you a working startegy which i hv used to build out a lead gen empire!(not to brag, but someone somewhere can learn a thing or two which can transform their lives)

BTW, this strategy is related to local seo, that is rank and rent/lead gen.

DISCLAIMER: This strategy is already being used by many and in no way i am calling it mine or something mindboggling its just something very thinkable of but yet 80% people arent implementing it and hence i am creating this post.!

A lot of people are doing the lead generation model in a very constipated way that means they arent taking full advantage of the system effectively. And also they are spending a lot of time and energy which can be greatly cut down if anyone is using this method. Traditionally people are picking a medium difficulty local keyword lets say plumbers miami and they put up a website with your keyword in it and blah blah, working their backside off for 2-3 months to rank the website on the first page. Obviously this is a very tiresome process. And also some slightly smart people just go for a gmb and pray to rank it in a city and generate leads, even they take a lot of time.

BUT, here comes the strategy i am talking about.
Here the main focus is on gmb only, website is optional.

Picking a niche:
This is one of the most cruical aspects of this process. A good niche should meet the following requirements: Urgency based, home service usually works best(personal preference), medium- high ticket, service that deals with calls example: plumber.

Picking the keywords:
Now choose a city of your choice. Lets say you hv it as miami. Now traditionally people would search for mainstream keywords like plumbing miami, plumbers miami etc and try to rank for it. This is where this strategy differs. Instead of choosing the city based keywords, shift your focus to the near-by SUBURBS. Use google to find out the near by suburbs and brainstom your niche+suburb keywords. Example: if your city is miami, you can search for keywords in oakland park(which is a suburb of miami) and see if it has any volume. Once you have found out your keyword, get a gmb listing verified from someone. There are many guys who provide instant gmb verification service.

The biggest advantage you have with this method is that usually the suburb gmbs have very poor serps, it would usually be just 1 page of results. So once you get your listing verified there is an overwhelming chance that you can rank off in the top 3 straight away. Similarly pick 3-5 suburbs and do the same. Now you will be having a handsome call volume/ leads to sell to a plumber in miami. This whole process can be done within few days maximum and requires atmost carelessness! LAZY MONEY lol.

You can take it one notch higher. When you are getting your gmb lisitings done in a suburb, instead of getting 1 gmb verified, you can get like 3-4 gmbs verified in that suburb and they all can be optimized so that all 3 gmbs ranking in the map pack are yours. Total gmb domination lol. People would have no choice other than to call you in this case. Similarly you can do for all the suburbs and pretty much RANK and BANK.
The only cost here would be the cost for your gmb lsitings to get verified, which you can get it for cheap if you buy in bulk by the providers.
with the proper keywords you can defintely drive around 100-200 calls a month dead easily. One of my client pays me 2000$ per month for plumbing leads. It just works in a recurring way and most importantly PASSIVELY.
And you can rinse and repeat this method for as many niches and city combinations you want.
Hope that helps!
where do you bay gmb listing and how much costs

And regarding the REAL MONEY, i told you why i opt this way to sell the leads its cuz i focus on multiple properties. Your way is the startegy that is needed if a person just has a limited number of properties or someone who has hell lot of time to give. I prefer something very passive.

What does it change if you talk to the lead instead of sending it straight to your client? You charge more? How do you justify charging more for talking to the client first?

How did you send the Lead to your client?
Would you directly call and tell your clients the prospect or did you have a more efficent way of doing it?

With my clients I send them a couple of free leads to get them on board with a phone call and then once they buy I send them via email. Should they want them sent telephonically I would do that but the most efficient method is email.

Surely you charge more as you are making sure that there is an appointment.

If you want to make real money you have to work and that little effort is well worth the difference between the pennies suggested as opposed to the dollars you can make with a 5 minute phone call.

I guess you set your client's fixed schedule, the problems I find are two.
1) do you present yourself as a plumber company? Or do you pretend to be your plumber?
2) maybe you call and you say ok in 30 minutes bob is there. Then Bob is busy or does not receive your call because he is sleeping. I think that is a great possibility, you do not know what you are doing at that moment of the call.

But I do think that you can control much more how many calls arrive and charge more.

With this method, how much do you charge per lead? I know it depends on the niche but a ballpark.

I tell them I handle the inbound requests for service. Never once had an issue there.

If Bob can't take the call I have several others that can as I have several companies in each industry. That is beneficial to the industry as a whole in terms of service as well as to the clients I serve. It is rare that someone would want to see their industry tarnished due to poor service so they all understand.

But I do think that you can control much more how many calls arrive and charge more.

Absolutely and that is the way to make real money and not nickels and dimes.[/QUOTE]
