NINJA WAY TO MAKE A QUICK 500$ RECURRING PASSIVE INCOME

    The trick is to offer something that would cost them lesser than ads. Biggest advantage here is ads are charged when someone just clicks (there are direct call options too) but here they are paying for a qualified lead. What I usually do is get it rented for month and I would sell the property for 15x once the client has seen its value. My biggest sale once was 50k usd for a emergency roofing property. The client was so happy that he even referred a plumber for client seo and I did the same with him hoo and sold the property for 20k usd.

    You need not tell the business owner where you are getting the lead from. If you still want to know then you can add a call tracking number

    Just a reminder here : This is not traditional method of doing rank and rent cuz it's more like an instant method (ranging from 0-7 days max) rather than waiting for months hopelessly. Since you are only dealing with instant gmbs here.

    Hehe yea, it's actually super ninja for a lot of them. People are literally charging 1000s of dollars to reveal this strategy.

    With GMB don't you need an address for the GMB to be sent to so that it can be verified?

    Im in a city with a huge potential. I've always wanted to do a rank & rent business.
    But i never thought about doing this.. i guess you just gave me a very good idea.. I will try this asap, i need to learn about GMB.

    So you basically list the same business multiple time for different area with lower competition in order to get the most results?
    Can't doing this cause troubles since you list the same business with same address and phone number multiple times on Google?

    You are not having multiple listings with the same name, address, phone number. Each listing has a different NAP. The gmb verification service providers will give you a different a address for every listing, you just have to get a different name and another call forwarding number which is like 1$/month.

    If it is for a plumber in a suburb, do you simply position yourself with the title "plumber in suburb", or do you change the name depending on the name of your client?

    When a client pays you for this, you put that plumber's number? Or how do you do that "send the Leads" as you say? Every time they call you tell your plumber?
    I'm just trying to have a better perspective :)

    See, i usually go for generic terms like, pro plumbers 'suburbs'. The reason behind this is, its a brandable name and can be used to sell to any plumber. But lets say you put out a fake brand name like 'bob the plumber' people who will be calling you will address you as 'bob the plumber' now lets say you have to forward the lead to 'smith plumbing comapny' now there will arise a brand conflict. People calling bob the plumber but in reality if the smith plumbing company is answering it will confuse the customer. So always go for generic terms which can easily be branded by anyone. Regarding the number, you just have to buy a call forwarding number from places like twilio etc and configure in a way that anyone calling that number will automatically get forwarded to your real plumbing client.     The last thing, you tell your customers "I'm positioned for plumbers in this suburb at number 1 in GMB, you want me to put your number and receive calls" or simply say you can generate X number of Leads?

    Its upto you whether you want to tell your clients from where you are getting the leads or not. I would just say something like this,"Hey i have been getting x number of leads and i will be ready to forward it to you if you are capable of handling more number of clients, let me know if interested" Then i can get him to for a free trial like 10 days where he can confirm if the leads are working or not. After the trial period then i can bill him according to the leads.

    So the leads contact you first and then you transfer them to your client? The leads wait until you contact your client? You need to transfer them asap so they don't go elsewhere?

    No, it automatically gets forwarded to the client without me having to manually forward them. Thats what call forwarding numbers are used for

    yes there are call logs, you can record the conversation etc. The biggest advantage with this method is that you are the boss here unlike client seo. You own the property for a lifetime.

    That is not the best way to make sure you are closing people.

    Use a number that comes to you, talk to the prospect, set the appointment and then send the lead to the client.

    You can have clients prepay 10 leads at a time with a tiny bit of sales effort and have no real out of pocket to make this a nice money maker.

    I used to have several companies in each niche pay for leads in advance and we would handle the phone call, set the appointment and send that to the client. Anything less is mailing it in and not really the highest and best use of those that call in as to leads.

    I've done this for years and know that sending the lead direct is fine if you want to make beer money but if you want to make real money you handle the call.
