Is it actually better if an INSTAGRAM account was created through ANDROID?

I read here that accounts created through ANDROID+4G are the best and that this is the most sure method.
Someone can confirm it to me and explain me "the reasons" eventually?
Can we "use" an account that we may buy created on ANDROID on iPhone afterwards?

Instagram is mobile exclusive platform. It makes sense that they flag accounts that are being created on desktop. Especially if the IP and device ID is already blacklisted.

Why don't you create 2 accounts with 2 different devices and try how long they stay alive?

Note that this is just about account creation. Botting them in an outdated tool will get your account banned.

Just think with the perspective of a developer. If you create a platform that is exclusive to mobile devices and you suddenly notice people opening accounts from desktop. Those desktop accounts are coming from a particular IP range. Device ID is same. The profile picture is also flagged or is not unique. The account instantly adds link in bio. Starts following people those are not suggested by Instagram.

What will you do to make your platform safe for genuine users? You will flag the account. But not completely block the IP and device. Because as a developer, you need to track the activity of these users to improve your platform. To block links. To see what is being promoted to report it to other networks. These companies spend millions of dollars to secure their sites.

Account creation and growth have become trickier in the past few years...it used to be so easy (just like with SEO )

Because as a botter, you're always trying to blend with the mass, most IG users create their accounts via mobile on 4G mostly and sometimes WIFI connexion, when you create your account via desktop, you already create a free first red flag for yourself.

I've created some of my strongest accounts on desktop via browser. It depends on the proxy and that the browser is "clean". Means not many accounts created on it. But for mass creating it will be the best to create them on android +4g.
But remember, it looks always shady for IG if someone creating many accounts on one day, on one handy, one browser or what else.

German spotted lul. I dont even know what is happening to ig right now. Even my gf is struggeling and she build her page almost completelly legit - only the last 2k recent follower are "enhenced" (f/uf). She got 20k followers now and usually she would get round about 2-3k Likes per post without hashtags hitting, with good hashtags it would be somewhere around 5-7k likes. However since the 1. jan she only gets like 1k and roughly 4500 followers see her post. :/
