Make a copy of the local data folder and back it up, then reinstall the software and place the files back.

Didn't work. So i reinstalled everything, and it worked. So now i tried to add a secound post pool and it crashed again and won't open....

EDIT: If I delete the postPool and captionPool files it workes again, but my pool settings are gone

Create a support ticket via the website, please.
What version are you running? Try removing the account from GMT and re-add it back after it, don't forget to create a back-up of the template you are using for the account.
It is possible to run around +-500 accounts on a dedicated server, if you want more you will need more licenses and servers.

Yes - if you need proxies, that's plus proxy cost. And If you need a computer, power, internet connection - you'll have to factor that in as well.
