depends on the competition of your niche. there are no exact perfect numbers, you have to test and see what works.

The result is different for many people because there is so much factor included. (PBN's power, Money Site's onpage-SEO, etc2.)
Do your own research, SEO is about trial and error, the way you're asking is like begging some scientist to give you their *Magical* formula. (A.K.A fruit of hardwork.)
