Hey Bass, can you confirm you were able to create a new campaign, budget and keywords without putting the account back into review? From my previous testing with Adwords, any major edits to the account will freeze it (white or blackhat campaigns).

I had no problems with it at all - I did use only WH campaigns as I've done this sort of thing a time or two in the past and if using anything dirty the account gets shut down. I also went slowly so as to not spend a crap load in a new campaign right off as that has shut me down in the past with this sort of thing.

The private proxy was provided and I am assuming that was the only IP address ever used with the account and you and I both know how to use that so there is no left over footprint from days gone by,

Yes it will run on adwords standard too. No matter you run your ads on adwords express or standard as long you comply on google policy, It will be fine.

The only problem I was facing from last 1 month with threshold account is that whenever I create a new campaign it went to review and get suspend after 3 days stay in a review. Even my campaign is WhiteHat.
