New update! we have received 1 new IP range and replacing with not working IPs.

Currently UK-LON-10 and UK-LON-11 has been reinstated. Others will follow very shortly!

Please head over your billing.hyonix.com > press "manage" on the VPS row > Dashboard to see the new IP!

An email being sent to all customer who is having at least 1 UK VPS

I'm manually changing the IPs on all servers. It should be done within few hours. Please do check your VPS panel to see if the change has been affected!

UK-LON-19 and UK-LON-20 online by now. We are pretty much out of IP after UK-LON-21. I will need to wait for further assignment from my upstream which should be done within few hours. An immediate attempts to have the rest restored will be made right after I heard back from them

Hi @feezioxiii i know you and your team are working very hard to put things back to normal for the remaining servers but i have two VPS one is conected to UK-LON-24 and one into UK-LON-22 , the LON-24 is DOWN and LON-22 is online but i cant run any program i think because its not connected to the internet, so i would like you to Replace my VPS's with the ones that are connected to the working servers because i have wait for 2 days and i feel like i cant wait any longer coz am loosing money and if am loosing money for even a single day its very bad for me, i dont care loosing my data coz i have already do a backup, so please if possible help me out, i tried to PM you but i dont see the PM section on your profile.

Yes, currently i'm still working to have 3 last server online.

GMT2 servers seems to use google service, and there are routing issue at the moment which makes it unable to access google from our IPs, our NOC are contacting with google to figure out the solution.

[Edited after 2 minutes] We have just received a new subnet from our DC, the un-usable servers will be online within an hour or two. That's my guarantee with you guys!

[Update1:] ALL SERVERS HAVE BEEN RESTORED NOW!
[Update2]: Clients who is having issue with GMT2, please hit me up with a ticket, we will issue a new IP that will fix the problem! For anyone who concerns about what happened, Google has blocked our first subnet from their service, we will be in touch with them and resolve within 24-48 hours. We are also working with @JJJackson to address this issue.

As a credit to this, @Richard Batsbak helped me alot with the testing. Thank you!
