I don't know what happened but all of my data is lost. I couldn't think of anything else. This has been going on forever. This is the 5th or 6th time I am experiencing this. It's so frustrating really. You lose all your data, your accounts stop working, you stop making money while the days of the license is still counted. I expected an answer from OP @JJJackson but he never seems to care. Please tell me how to remedy this situation.

Question about Biography blacklist:

I have a list of words I want to blacklist so that I don't interact with those accounts

Do I have to add each word individually? Or can I use the upload file option to upload a .txt file with the full list of words? Will that work? Is there any specific formatting necessary on the blacklist.txt file upload? Thanks

Second, can I apply this blacklist to comments so that it prevents the software from interacting with those posts that have the blacklisted words in the comment?

There is no way to blacklists post comments since some posts have millions of comments. As for importing a .txt file, that should work fine.

How many instances of GMT2 can be run at the same time? Can 1 license be used in more than 1 computer? I'm planning to run it on my computer and VPS.

You can run one license on one device.

Is it possible to edit profile details in bulk? If yes, is it possible to tag a user in the bio?

I'm having problems with "license max activations reached". I just renewed my subscription, and when trying to run the program on a second instance the program won't let me in. Is this how it's supposed to be?

Are your modules enabled? You can try creating a support ticket if you need detailed support.

You can try reducing your filters, changing your sources or disabling/reducing the saftey delay time in advacned settings.

You cna acces this from your account dashboard at the top if you have an active license.

You have to whitelist them as you do not want them unfollowed.

Would you know about what the fix would be when I run the program on my desktop without a proxy it works and then with a proxy it doesnt allow it to login or blocks actions, we have tried all proxy providers and nothing helps an I would truly need help with this please if you would know, I would be grateful if someone could reach out.

It depend. Consider that 15-20 would be the numbers of account to interact per operation would make GMT2 have at least 15 and max 20 accounts scraped...but GMT2 will, in the same time, respect the parameters you've put in terms of Max follow per hour, per day etc. The result will be a combination of the various parameters. If you set GMT2 to interact with 1 account per operation, even if you set it to follow 50 accounts/hour it will not able to do it! (1 account followed per operation, 2 minute delay per operation = max 30 people per hour!)
