The Simple Reason Google Adwords is Suspending Accounts

Google is being strict theses days against dud's who uses h@rked CC for creating accounts and making bulk accounts for sale. There is a massive account suspension going on.
Even guys who use their real Card in creating accounts and campaign already running are victims too.

Reason: Google is allowing and approving on real business promoters/owners
Quality of the page or product your promoting is the is the common reason while your account is suspended even as you used your real CC in creating the account.

Solution: If you are sure you own and created account with your real information then Google search (Google Adwords Customer care contact) then call customer care and they will unblock your account manually.
Fill suspension form more than three times and no one will respond

Yea you are right i have called yesterday to adwords they told me we are having worldwide payment check , it will be fix in few days. and the solution you told us it won't work because when your account get suspended we can't contact to adwords on call after that.
