Thanks for the big value you're providing here. I was wondering: You said you had a big customer base in the USA. But according to your site the watches are being shipped from Sweden. Doesn't that kill off lots of potential sales? (because US customers would have to pay import duty when ordering them from Sweden)

We use Amazon and similar 3PL companies to distribute the watches. So if you order from US, Amazon ships it - if within EU, either our HQ or Amazon EU ships it (depending on speed/prices of different countries). The only one we yet haven't broken into is Canada, those unfortenately suffer from duty and expensive shipping

Jokes aside - I looked over our Black Friday Adwords campaign last year and did some quick calculations based on our current rankings. From SEO alone, excluding long-tail keywords, we will sell for $45.000 during Black Friday. That's revenue we didn't have the past years (since we haven't ranked) - and with FB/IG/Amazon/3rd-party I think this is more than achievable.

Have you thought about adding some gamification to the giveaway? Either on the last step where you ask them to follow your Instagram you could offer them more chances to win by sharing with friends (show current leaderboards of people with most shares). You could also push that gamification in the outgoing email. I think if you give users an incentive to increase chances of winning by sharing, you may be able to get some serious additional subscribers.
