Hey Black Hat World,

So I have seen a lot of older posts about using OGAds.com and putting links on an Instagram bio to make money. Well, it's September 2018 now. Does this method still work? Ogads.com sounds kind of too good to be true. Also, how much can one expect to make with an Instagram account that has 15,000 followers and uses ogads.com? I am curious to hear some of your guys' experience with this as well as other ideas you may have about making money on Instagram. Let me know. Thanks!

OGAds is just a CPA network.. they're good, but they're really no different than any other CPA network. It's not the golden nugget thats going to make you money. What will make you money is putting in the work. Theres no special number that you'll make with a 15k IG account buddy, sorry. It's sort of just like the CPA network.. theres plenty of factors that will determine how much you'll make. Important things to note and which will determine your income->

- Engagement rate.
- Niche.
- Offer.

Which ever CPA network you decide to go with, we'll say OGAds since you mentioned them. You have to go thru their different offers, and find one that is related to the niche of your IG account. If you have an account thats sports related, you can't pitch to them free make up. Get it? And you're engagement is a variable which will determine how much income you might see. You can have a 15k IG account, but with horrible engagement... so you won't make anything. Contrary to belief, its not the size of the IG account that always matters, its your engagement rate. The more your followers are liking your pictures, commenting on your pictures, etc. the better your engagement rate is and the better chance you'll have of earning money. You want to interact with your followers as much as possible.

This kind of sums up everything in a nutshell, and I only wrote this because I know the thread that you just read from 2016 which made you decide to create this thread. He wrote a thread on how to create an OGAds account, with a money making method as the title although he never posted a method. If IG + CPA is the route you're trying to go there is more than enough threads on the topic on exactly how to go about setting up a campaign, as well as numerous Journey threads of people sharing their story of them making or attempting to make money with IG + CPA. I would suggest you give them a read if you're intrigued about it. Yes, as of Sept. 3, 2018 it is still profitable. Hope that answers your question.

Thanks for your swift reply! I really appreciate your input. Also, very good points that you made about engagement rate, niche, and offer. Of course whatever niche my account is related to, I would be offering a product/service that is related to that niche. I completely understand that.

My concern isn't so much about choosing a niche, posting content, getting engagement, growing followers, and putting in the work. I'm at a point where I am confident about managing IG accounts, but I am a little hesitant with deciding which path I should take for monetization. I am not even sure if CPA is the best path or if maybe I should have my own E-commerce website. I am overwhelmed with the amount of information on BHW and just wanted to make sure that whatever I choose to do is still working and relevant. So if you had a high engagement rate, would you choose CPA as the form of monetization or do you think there are better money making methods?

The concept still works, but what was described in the massive thread about this will cost you a $h1t ton of money.

It would all depend on what niche the account is in. Some niches are better for CPA, some better for affiliate marketing. You could always open a store, post images of your products and reviews from customers and point your account at your store.

So at the end of the day, it all depends on what your account is looking like. You haven't mentioned anything about it other than that it has 15k followers, so I can't really point you any further unless you want to disclose more about what you're working with.
